Small store with a lot to offer. Check out their large space of used furniture and mattresses.

I stopped by this location today because I had never been to this one. While I was in the store, a total of maybe five Minutes. A gentleman came out from the back and approached to a woman in a wheelchair and said “did you just pee on the floor?” She responded with “ I really needed to use the restroom and you guys would not let me use the restroom.” He said “you need to leave now.” The woman headed towards the door and out the building bawling. As all the employees Then gathered to laugh. They refused to let her use the restroom. She was an older Disabled woman in a wheelchair. The treatment that I saw was absolutely disgusting. I walked out with the woman because how embarrassed I was to even then shop there. She was embarrassed. The employees laughing, made it no better. I then walked back inside to let them know they lost a customer. That I would be writing a review as well as calling higher up. I also let them know that they should be ashamed for the treatment and the lack of human empathy. They acted like they did no wrong and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was there and watched the employees gather and laugh. The Blayton lack of respect and human empathy was sickening. I will not come back to this location. I did call a store manager and let them know everything that happened. It’s unacceptable. It’s more unacceptable knowing you’re a salvation Army. That’s meant to help people. And you choose to belittle and poke fun. Worst location yet. I do hope, though the store manager stays true to his word and retrains as well as properly disciplines. We helped her walk where she needed to go next. Do better. Hire people who actually care and want to help. .

Although the store was well organized and clean, the prices were astronomical for used goods. Alot of the items were very dirty and worn down and still asking high prices. I mean a used shein dress that probably cost $15 brand new they wanted $19.99 for.... Let's do better to make things actually affordable for those in need.

The store is unorganized, dirty, and a lot of items are overpriced. They had a pair of extremely worn out Harley Davidson boots in the 4.00 section that the cashier tried to charge us 40.00 for. We left them there.
We will won't be back.

Salvation army has always been my go to thrift store in CA. But this one is an exception. Ive never seen such high prices at a second hand store for things that quite honestly, not worth it.You can find what you're looking for on marketplace. You'll find odds and ends from time to time, but I thjnk this will be my last time shopping here unfortunately. One of the smallest Salvation armys as well

Prices are ?. Beat up and broken furniture.. $60+. $20+ for stained sweatshirts and zip ups. I think I’ll order new ones for 5$ more. Right on par with goodwill

Prices are the same here as Goodwill. Some of the items you're better off buying brand new than buying here due to the price. The store was clean and the staff was friendly.

When I'm down in LaCrosse, I always make time to shop at the thrift store. There's always some sort of sale, and I have found such unique treasures there. The employees are helpful and friendly. And it's great knowing the money I spend goes to help other people who are having a hard time. The Salvation Army of LaCrosse is truly a blessing to the people who are in need of their services. :)

Some items are a bit high priced, such as furniture, but otherwise alright.
