“We started using Northernland before we even moved here, and Sheila was so good to work with, that we have stayed with her for over 8 years! Beautiful, clean, well lit, security monitors, easily accessible units, are grouped into several areas that provide service to many neighborhoods. There are so many sizes and shapes of units, that we easily found one that fit our boat, AND was located in a way to get the boat in and out easily! Important!! The prices are some of the best we found, and she often includes long term incentives to boot! We are moving, and wish Shiela would build some units where we are going!!!”

“Pete, the owner at LaCrosse indoor storage, was absolutely amazing to work with. From my initial contact to my move out date a few months later, everything was exceptional. I had a lot of valuable items that needed to be in a secure, temperature controlled environment. After checking out several other storage places in the area, it was a no-brainer to go with LaCrosse Indoor storage.The unit is secured with passcode entry in addition to a secured loading bay. There are carts and dollies available to use as well. Everywhere you look, there are cameras on all 3 levels, and the place was kept immaculate. I was initially concerned with storage there may potentially be a rodent problem, but that was not the case. As a woman, being able to safely access my belongings without having to look over my shoulder was paramount.When I informed Pete I would be moving, he made sure I had everything I needed and even offered to drive down to assist. I know I made the right choice, and I wouldn't trust any other storage unit company in LaCrosse for the above reasons.This place is top-notch and priced appropriately for all of the security and amenities.I appreciate the service you & your friendly staff provided me, Pete!! “We have rented from them off and on and have never had a problem. The storage units are adequate for outside units. The staff is very friendly and professional. I just wish I could make a credit card payment, I usually use my checking account, but I forgot this month, so I tried to use my husbands credit card but on my portal site I don't see that option. When you go yo help it shows how to do it step by step but no option to do it. I called them and they did it over the phone. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Very prompt service My OH door came off the track so I called them to tell them about it. I talked to Jackie and she had it looked at within ann hour or so. They had to get a part for it but said they will lock it and put a tarp on to cover the hole in case it rains. Part came in and was fixed right away.”

“After reserving a moving truck to be picked up in Winona MN, I received a text message letting me know that they didn’t have a truck I need and the the only truck they had had a dead battery, so I was told to pick up the moving truck in LaCrescent, WI where the dealer had not approved the truck so we were then instructed to go to LaCrosse where we could finally get the truck we needed. Though this caused extra travel, U-HAUL’s customer service was great and compensated us for mileage plus hassle. They truly made the best out of the situation at hand. The flaws in reserving had nothing to do with the company itself and we are grateful for their help, understanding and compensation. Thank you, U-HAUL.”
