“Place is pretty amazing and has everything that you need for your move-in conveniences. The workers are very nice and gentle and they're always ready to help you whatever you need from them. Parking lot has about 10 parking lot for the cars just in case you need to pick up your trailer or whatever. The bathrooms are very clean and well taken a care of.”

“After reserving a moving truck to be picked up in Winona MN, I received a text message letting me know that they didn’t have a truck I need and the the only truck they had had a dead battery, so I was told to pick up the moving truck in LaCrescent, WI where the dealer had not approved the truck so we were then instructed to go to LaCrosse where we could finally get the truck we needed. Though this caused extra travel, U-HAUL’s customer service was great and compensated us for mileage plus hassle. They truly made the best out of the situation at hand.
