I checked web page and it said they are open until 5 PM. I planned my trip to get there by 4:26 PM to refill my RV propane tank. I went in and they told me they don't sell propane after 4:00 PM. Turned me away on a cold night due to poor customer service.

I booked with this Uhaul location for 9 am and the next day they rented that truck to someone else and told me I couldn’t have it until 2 pm. Couldn’t wait that long and was totally screwed over
