Never rent a U-Haul from this guy... He's out to make a quick buck... They tried to charge me extra gas and for an extra day.. I asked him for his name. He walked and inside the door and said he was calling the cops when I asked for his name to complain.. never I repeat. Never give this place business again.... If I can get a hold of whoever the customer service rep is for this particular store I would like the name please

The guy who helped me was great. I tried to rent a car dolly and the vehicle I needed to get home wasn't right for a dolly. The guy who helped me was very patient and took the time to help me even though he was the only one there and I could tell that he was busy. I wish that More businesses had employees who understand what customer service is like he does.

Caution! If you want to rent a dirty moving van with not a full tank of gas, pay for it, not be party to any recourse and have the staff tell you that you can’t contact the manager while he’s eating chips and popsicles, go ahead. They forever lost my business.
