Terrible customer service,no logical organization and the old lady behind the help desk literally couldn't of been more of a bitch,between the snide remarks and her snapping at every question or statement made to try to help her do such a simplistic task,she either needs to be removed or addressed immediately!Serious changes need to happen fast or that store is going under!

Came to get my oil change and was told my wait will be 3 hours. There was only 1 car ahead of me (being worked on in the garage). Also, there were 3 techs standing around. Anyways, I called the Walmart desk guy out on his bluff and said I'll stay for the oil change. Guess what? Oil change done in 30 mins. I guess some people are just lazy and don't want to do their job. Idk if they get paid hourly or on commission. But I'm going to assume hourly because the guy didn't want to work and just collect a paycheck. Thanks buddy. Better luck next time.

Everytime i go to this walmart i'm standing around for atleast 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to assist me, whether or not it's at the electronics or to get an oil change. Most the time there isn't even anyone at the counters to assist you so you have to chase them down to get help. I've waited to write this review thinking maybe i just happened to be there on a bad day, but as often as i go there now after moving up here and this being something that happens EVERYTIME. That needs to be fixed. Some people don't have time to just sit around waiting for people to do their job.

Tired of them asking me for a receipt happened like 7 times in a month and unless you've seen me stealing something I should not have to be harassed by them when I'm leaving. as they are greeters not security
