Slum lords, Will try to charge you for everything after you move out that was already previously damaged or destroyed. Even if you clearly state it in move in checklist. House wasn’t even livable for my first week, had to stay in hotel while I cleaned it.

Not tinely with correspondencevat all. Doesn't accept rental assistance which makes it difficult for several applicants in the area. Would give no stars if possible. I see why they have such a low rating. Not amicable. They aren't a caring business to rent from.

Can barely get in touch with anyone. Phones are never answered and emails take weeks to hear back.
