“Elaine was soooo helpful and definitely on the same page as I was. She was so kind and pleasant over the phone considering I called from 8hrs away and couldn't actually see the arrangement. For being last minute they sure did go above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Even delivering them today in the next few hours. How's THAT for customer service for last minute customers like me!!!
