Did not take my claims to pain seriously. Said i was awful calm looking, I wear patches on my back for pain and came in to urgent care on reccomendation of the staff after I was unable to get in to see my regular doctor. They also verbally abused my cousin and made her cry. All n' all, if you want to be treated like a child and like you don't matter then this is the place for you. It is beyond a joke, most jokes are funny, this was not. Seriously, if I wanted to be treates as though I was a drug seeker, I would just go and cop drugs on the street. Don't get hurt in ladysmith because marshfeild clinic has a monopoly on the town. If I could rate lower than one star I certainly would. They told me "yeah just keep taking 4k acetometaphin and 3200 ibeprofin, you'll be fine, we do not perscribe narcotics." So am I just supposed to shred my liver and kidneys because you guys are scared to perscribe drugs? Apparently so. I cannot stress enough to not go here, the staff was kind to me, but upon my cousin going in there their facade of kindness had gone completely away. If you want to deal with people who will view you only as a walking check, another number in theit system, and with nothing but contempt, then this is the place for you. I could go on, but I won't waste any more of my time. If i could get my time back from going in, I certainly would. I will not be giving this establishment anymore of my buisness, I will also urge everyone I know to do the same. I am beyond dissatisfied, there is no reason that the staff has to verbally berate my cousin, is it a power thing? Does the staff get off on that, does marshfeild clinic only hire sociopaths? It seems that way to me...If i could give negative stars I would.

This place is a joke. Waiting 4 hours in the emergency room for no other testing other than an ultrasound for my son that took maybe 10 minutes and then he was discharged with zero results and no information or anything for pain. Then a follow up appt for them to say it's normal with no other testing done. Switched out of the Marshfield system and find out it's not normal and had proper testing done. Don't waste your time at ladysmith. They treat you like a burden. Drive to rice lake or eau Claire.

My son has Influenza A and on top of that, an ear infection. I brought my son there to urgent care/ Emergency room. The nurse that works there, Heidi, has no customer courtesy, what so ever. She was very rude to my wife and started an argument with her, not to mention in front of my own son, who happens to be sick. We were there for like 5 flippin hours. May I just add that they put us in a so called "special room" like we would possibly escape. Talk about rudeness on top of all that. I hope Heidi gets fired. ?? YOU DO NOT TREAT PATIENTS like that. All I have to say to that is, I ain't never going back there again. We were treated very rudely at the Marshfield Clinic. RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!!. Uncalled for.

Previously I had given this place a five star but no. I went in to ER . I had a injury I said I know I need x-rays no you don't I tried to get them for my other doctor Marshfield they refused finally I got x-rays I needed MRI so I had to fight I went to another hospital where yes the damage is extensive so they ignored me.They did not listen any year later I'm still struggling with this issue I made a complaint and they put the blame on some one who was a helper God forbid they put the blame on the doctors or themselves.

For being a brand new hospital, I would not take my dog there. The doctors and nurses are literally worthless.

Yesterday my husband had a pre op app. He had a ekg and then we answered all of the necessary guestions which was a waste of time because she didn't really listen. Then she proceeded to tell my husband he also had a small anurizium he had been checked by a vascular surgeon 1 week before ( no mention of this) the she told him he was obese (pot calling the kettle) then she said it was her call if he was to have curated artery surgery the first of Dec. This place has seen the last of us

This business has shown a complete lack of regard for the well-being and rights of CDL drivers, choosing to prioritize their profits over the health and safety of the individuals who keep our transportation system running. It's disheartening to see how they take advantage of CDL drivers through the DOT physical examination process. This business seems to engage in unnecessary and, at times, costly medical tests that appear to serve no purpose other than to increase their revenue. CDL drivers often face financial strain, and these additional costs create a heavy burden on them. This blatant disregard for their financial well-being is a testament to the exploitative nature of this business.I implore CDL drivers to be cautious when choosing where to get their DOT physicals. Seek out reputable and ethical medical professionals who genuinely care about your health and safety. It's disheartening to encounter a business that exploits CDL drivers through the DOT physical process, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others. We should all strive to protect the rights and well-being of CDL drivers who play a crucial role in our economy.

Terrible place. Go to a different hospital. I’ve given this place chance after chance with the awful staffing. Took my daughter into the ER today and these guys are just terrible. Didn’t even get seen. People coming in after us got taken first. Michelle specifically in the ER was one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke to. She also decided she wanted to give out information to me from another patient. I assume she doesn’t know HIPPA laws. Michelle also thought it was a good idea to raise her voice at me for asking questions. Brian the switchboard operator was also no good. Such a nice facility, get better staff to go with it. This place never proves me wrong on how terrible almost all the staff is there. I will be filing complaints formally next week.

The Urgent care at this facility is an absolute joke! First of all it's shared apparently with the ER staff so if there's someone in the ER you will just wait and wait and NO one will even check on you. They can't do much of any testing! Took a urine sample that wasn't even labeled! A waste of my time and theirs! Never again! If there was a negative star..that'd be much more fitting!

Very poor service, unprofessional, and if you just simply ask how much longer. As you been waiting in the room for 45 min to be seen, mind you, you can hear the girls saying how bored they were and fighting over the next potential patient.. the doctor will finally come in to chew your head off for asking and then leave the room to make you wait longer. The doctor admitted to not knowing what she was doing, cause its not something she normally does. Sent medicine to a different location than requested. Was a nightmare. I will never go back there!

If I could give negative stars I would. What an absolute waste of money to build a new facility without the appropriate staff and tools to conduct common procedures and tests. ER staff is run ragged and the doctors I've encountered there do not listen. I've met a handful of great staff throughout the facility but unfortunately they don't make up for the terrible ones.
