Shout out to Packer and Cody! My phone died and the two of them helped me out with a new phone and tablet. They answered all my questions and put up with having to walk my husband through the email approvals, over the phone (since my phone was dead). Great customer service gentlemen!

The Verizon store and Everyone there in our town are great people. The activation fees and underlying terms and charges is where Verizon does need a change. Trying to give you "Free" things are never free. Fee, taxes, extra monthly charges are terrible.

Frankly, Ryan talked so fast that I ended up getting way more than I needed. Cody was VERY helpful after I got my first bill and went back in. He helped me pare down to what I actually wanted and needed.
