Our experience with Morgan at Ladysmith was excellent. However, the Hayward location which is closer to us was HORRIBLE. They would not help us activate our new phone because we bought it online from Verizon. Thought you should know. I will happily return to Ladysmith but hope I NEVER have to go to Hayward.
