DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!! Not quite bait and switch, but kinda. They tell you "what's in stock," only it's not. They scheduled us for Oct 4th., no call, no notification of ANY KIND. I looked at the delivery status the night before, only to find out they rescheduled it for November 4. It gets worse. I was told that the item they were waiting for was the dishwasher so I cancelled that. Good to go! Only not good to go. Calling again now the refrigerator was not available until 4/26! What really pissed me off is we specifically told our HD salesperson that we had no appliances and we needed to be sure that everything was in stock. We were aware that there were supply-chain/logistics delays. We even chose a different refrig that was supposedly "in-stock." It is disheartening these times we live in. Is this still America?

Good morning, I was in the Wisconsin Dells location around 8AM this morning. I was looking for powerlags for exterior use and I looked on the app to realize they were in stock. the box was empty on the shelf so i asked the employee in that section for some help locating. I get it it's early but you work in customer service this place gets worse and worse as the years go on. Their we're boxes on the shelf above and he didn't even look just said all my lags are over there just pointed didn't even help. This guy is just lazy. I wish Jason was their to file a complaint. I hope he made it in the morning meeting

Got my notice my $500 window is in, called them twice this morning no answer so I drive there. Stood at customer service for 30 min for someone to retrieve my window from receiving. Being this window is 32"x 66" and it's not heavy but not light so I asked for help to load in my SUV. Apparently this was an inconvenience for this black fella as he was all kinds of rude, I said thanks! as he walked away without a response from him. I'll never step foot in that place again. Won't answer the phone, rude employees.... no thanks.

We can not say enough good things about the Dells Home Depot! Randy and Ashley were absolutely amazing today helping us get all our crazy heavy and large items items into our truck. Top notch customer service!

I'm so upset. I bought a dryer from them in the beginning of May and to have it delivered on the 15th before leaving town on the 21st. Mind you we have 6 people in the home, one who is on disability. They came on the 15th and one guy comes in the home, doesn't even pull out the old dryer and says we can't hook it up we need a plumber to do it. They called us and said they couldn't set it up tell the 22nd, we leave on the 21st that don't work. So then my mom called them and ta

I was there today, and saddened by the fact that the store thinks so little of the safety of their customers that the employees were not wearing masks. We will be taking our business to a place that cares from now on.

Lake Delton, WI —Home Depot, thank you so much for the continued great service. We are shopping at your store almost every week, shopping for supplies for various home projects. Yesterday, my daughter left her baby doll at the store. After almost an hour of looking for her, my husband left our contact information with your service team. Today we got the call that baby Rosabella was found. She was safe and they had “put her to work†in a tiny Home Depot apron. My sincere thanks to this team for locating our special doll and taking extra care with her. Your store team is amazing and thank you!

Home Depot has a large selection of nice looking plants and they are a fair price. The check out person was friendly and even on Memorial day wk end the lines moved right along.

We have been through an appliance nightmare, none of which is the store's fault. Sue, Carol and Kara have gone above and beyond to help us through this nightmare from GE and the delivery service. GE sent the wrong appliances, the delivery company has damaged them... long story short, two weeks of attempts to have our appliances installed have failed. Again, nothing Home Depot has done. Your employees have listened, been understanding, helpful and truly seem to care. They have been a light in the terrible experience we've had from the other parties involved. The employees at this location are the reason we will return.

Just moved to the area and we needed a lot of things. We were greeted at the door by one of the employees who was very helpful. Then as we wandered through the store looking for the products we needed we received help at every step of your journey. Friendly service from the staff throughout the entire experience. Good job to all.
