We found the most beautiful hardwood dining room table from Italy. It opens to seat 12. Fred is a pleasure. It’s one of our favorite places to spend time on a weekend. There are so many treasures.

Do not use Fred for consignment. He charged me to pick up pieces and clear out my home after we sold. Donated some to charities but never got me legitimate receipts for tax purposes. Never heard from him again on any consignment items. Didn’t return text s or calls. Nice items in shop but a scam to those that donate.

Wow! Wow! What a cool place! Anything you could imagine can be found here where they stage items from estate sales. Don't miss it! Fred is so nice, helpful and informative. They have a sister store in Delavan I believe.

Fred, and his crew, helped me move recently. They helped tape up and move boxes onto the trucks as well as into the designated rooms each box went in our new home. They worked very effectively and were a very nice group of gentleman. They made my move much easier! We also found multiple beautiful pieces of furniture in Fred's-Unique Home Decor stores. They fit perfectly in our home and we couldn't be happier. Him and his crew delivered them to us right when we moved in. They are a very kind and helpful group of people. Highly recommend their services.

Drove quite a ways to the store. 12:00 noon on the weekend with 3 other customers waiting in parking lot and no one at the store. Disappointing!

It might be good to buy things but don't trust him with your belongings for "consignment". You will benefit more if you donate to charity and get a deduction. He charged us to clean up our cottage after a house sale. He charged us a delivery fee to take remaining items to his warehouse. These were items he selected to sell and he took the remaining items, without consulting us to a nearby charity. It took months to get a receipt from him for the items he took to the charity resale. He never sent us an inventory of the remaining items and has never contacted over three years with any sales. Prices may look good to the buyer but you are buying stolen merchandise.

First of all, the owner of this establishment is extremely rude and inconsiderate. My husband and I went into the shop yesterday and the owner was so busy "chatting" with friends that he completely ignored us - didn't greet us as we walked through the door nor did he acknowledge us when we passed him several times while we were browsing. And if the lack of customer service wasn't enough to turn us off, the price gouging certainly is! Many of the items are junk but the ones that would be worth having are priced well beyond what they are worth. Makes me wonder if the owner does any type of research to determine the market value of his items. Needless to say, we don't be back.

They had a few decent pieces, but prices were retail+. I resell so no meat left on the bone for me. Have done better at their estate sales when items are marked 50% off. We're 10 months into the pandemic and staff can't be bothered to wear masks?

My impression is this is where rich people go to thrift. Most things are over $50, if not higher. Art for example seemed to have an average price in the $70 range. That said, they did have some unique and high end items. Worth a look if you have a comfortably large budget with a taste for Estate type furniture and accessories.

Fred was a major help in getting my parents home on the market. He and his team exceeded my expectations. Great job in all categories!

These guys were incredible workers, came in cleared the boxes and furniture filling a 20 foot truck in just about an hour. They were efficient, packed everything nice and neat, took proper precautions to wrap and cover everything. Very impressed, and would definitely use them again and highly recommended.

We love shopping here! We have found some great items. In our lakehouse hangs a HUGE chandelier made from ship wheels, including one pulled from Geneva Lake. I was excited to pick up a secretaries desk tonight. I've been looking for one for years and this is the perfect one. I couldn't make it during business hours so the owner was nice enough to come back and open up for me.

A couple facts about my experience with this company, and how the owner does business. I don't like doing this, but this it has been frustrating to say the least. We had a lot of family items we trusted Fred with, and trusted his business going into our family home. 1) Hired Fred to take items out of family house after my father had passed. We even gave him access when we weren't home. 2) Was promised: Photo inventory of items taken. After two years worth of asking. This was never provided. 3) Was promised: Monthly checks for items sold. After months of getting nothing...We finally contacted Fred. He ignored us for a few months (emails). I showed up at his store to collect a check after giving him four months to respond. He blamed it on a "communication" issue, and had the gall to make up the excuse that my sister said "only to deal with her." Little did Fred know....My sister is the one who asked me to physically go there and get a check. 4) This process has repeated itself now, three times. I had to show up a second time to get another check...The check was provided by Fred, again months later, even after giving him three/four months to do it. As I type this... We are in the third round, over approximately two years of this. We've been more than patient. 5) Still has our items. Never contacts us, never provided an inventory. He only does this when I show up and demand it. 6) YELP admin, I can document this with ignored emails, as well as the promises of itemized inventory and monthly checks Fred made in the emails. 7) Fred, if you you emailed our family the things you promised you would when hired; the photo inventory of what you took, what you have left, and a check with a list of the most recent sold items. (over six months since the last one and no contact), that should rectify the third round of this situation. Also, I believe Fred is good friends with owner of one of the biggest Real Estate agencies in south eastern Wisconsin. There is a high degree of probability that he frequently conducts business this way. Probably often getting away with it as he's clearing out massive houses, and like us, people trust him to provide what he promised (communication, inventory of items taken and sold). It's probably pretty easy to run a successful business when you get your inventory for free, counting on people to forget what you have.

I'm a first time customer and so excited to find this place. So many unusual and unique items! Fred couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Found the most beautiful rug and Fred gave me a great price.
