Aldi completely dropped the ball at the Lake Geneva location. I’m disabled and rely on curbside pickup. I showed up during my scheduled window, only to be told—via the app—that no one was available and I had to go inside to get my groceries. I didn’t bring my mobility aides because I trusted the service would be fulfilled. There was no way to call the store, no help, no options. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable. You left a disabled customer stranded. Do better.

Aldi has saved us money. The store is always clean and organized. I had picked a vegetable that was not in the best shape. An employee saw it in my basket. He replaced it with a fresher item before we even got to the register. Great people working there!

Great deals(*****) but unfortunately not so great service! I'm a frequent customer (1-2 times a week) and recently due to working late summer hours because I'm an owner of small business in hospitality industry I've been shopping around 7:45,plenty of time for me to spend $100-$200 but unfortunately one of the employees doesn't like it,she wants to finish her mopping and leave right at 8 pm when they close, she's rude and unwelcoming, first occasion she didn't answer my greeting, didn't say thank you and have a good day/night after our business exchange was concluded and last night she said nothing at all,started scanning my items, handed me my change and walked away....how rude! I'm a customer she knows and sees on regular basis but because I'm shopping at the end of the day(never past 8 pm,I'm always done few minutes before 8pm)decided to be rude and let me know she doesn't like it.
I hope this isn't a part of new emplyee training, be rude to people that spend money at your business every week.
ALDI please put in cash self check outs,I don't want to use my credit card on groceries but I'm getting tired of being treated rudely by your staff.

Aldi always has good selections as well as great prices. Their shopping has become even easier with the new self checkout option at some of their locations. If you are a wine drinker they have some inexpensive choices and even have some good beer in stock for a reasonable price.
