The store and the rep were very good. He was very helpful for helping me decide on my next phone. 4 out 5 stars since the phones are so locked down they can't be handled. For example the Z Fold5 was so secured down you can't really see the fold function.

My experience at this AT&T location was phenomenal! The atmosphere is so welcoming and positive!I was very fortunate to have Abby and Zach guide me through the process of getting a new phone and trading in my old one. Both of them were so kind, patient and easy to talk to. They worked together to make sure I was getting what was best for me. My questions were always answered throughly and made sure I was on the same page the entire time. I hope they both get the recognition they deserve

The lake geneva at&t is incredible! Zach Webb was wonderful, patient and worked extremely hard. He was also super direct in working with my old phone company and helped to get the job done even when I had lost all hope. All 3 men working this morning were joyful and helpful. Zach did his best to help me qualify for the most discounts possible. I had a really incredible experience here today.

Zach is great. He is super knowledgeable and unbelievably patient. I had anticipated purchasing my new phone at Best Buy because of my credit card. However, Zach did such an amazing job taking care of me that I purchased my new phone through the lake Geneva AT&T store.Great job and will definitely tell people about my experience.

Previously when I would visit this branch, Mary Kate was not a good fit. However, recently I have been working with Zach, and he has been wonderful. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. His customer service was great, and he was even very nice to my toddler who was with me. He made the whole experience go by much smoother than it has in the past.

I went to the store today after receiving my new iPhone. I switched from spectrum to AT&T but was hesitant to do the transfer myself. Peter was extremely helpful and did it all for me. I left the store having everything transferred, new screen protector installed with a new case. Nothing left for me to do but to use my new iPhone. Peter was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Thank you Peter! I highly recommend this store.

Zach was phenomenal!! Even though I’m cancelling my service with AT&T and porting to another carrier, Zach patiently and calmly sat with me as we talked worked customer service on the phone to get my issue resolved. He helped me for over 2 hours, never complaining or grumbling. Thanks, Zach! You’re amazing!

The rep was telling me I had to get a new phone number in order to qualify for a promotion even thought the promotion states for new and existing customers. Then they told me they couldn’t help me and to try calling into customer service. Absolutly no help at all unfornately.

We upgraded our phones in August and I am still waiting on credits that are due to us. I have gone into the store 7 times and I keep being told that the only person I can talk to is Ankit since he sold us our phones. We finally received a partial credit but we are still being billed for fees we never agreed to or some earbuds that were supposedly free yet we are being billed $25 each month for them.Ankit gave me a business card to contact him, which I did in December, and as of yet, I have not had a credit nor a response from him. I have been back to the store and the other employees have texted/emailed him to respond but to no avail. He advised me to contact him via text if we were charged another upgrade fee, which we were.Why should a customer have to return to a store 7 times in order to get a little bit of customer service from a supposed manager!ATT, please send me a contact number of someone I can talk to in order to get our account straightened out. If I could give a 0 star I would. Ankit is a very poor representative for your company and definitely needs some additional training on how to handle customer service issues and not responding is not a way to keep a customer base!

My husband and I both upgraded our phones recently, a process I always dread. Our sales person Mary-Kate did an amazing job taking care of several issues that were linked to my phone. She remained positive and encouraging, when things weren’t going that smooth.We couldn’t have been more pleased with her expertise and customer service!Highly recommend Mary-Kate and the crew at the Lake Geneva store.
