Tammy is not helpful. I got a new line of credit thru Tammy and requested a balance transfer. She transferred more than was supposed to be transferred and then said she wasn’t able to help fix it. Typical sales person. Sells you something and then can’t help Support you. I will never go back to Tammy.

Worst Chase Bank branch I have seen. Limited parking, cash station down, went into bank after parking a block away and 2 cashiers with a long line.

Amanda is such a great teller, I had an issue with my bank account being restricted, because of a social security issue from a name change. I would’ve not had access to my funds from my paycheck for two weeks if it weren’t for her. Thank you so much Amanda!
