Just picked up a used car for the GS. There was a small problem with the brakes on the car he test drove. They repaired the issue new break pad, rotor and tie rod end and still gave him a pretty good deal. Owner also explained financing to GS as his first car. Sales and everyone super easy to work with, would purchase a new or used vehicle through this dealership again.

After searching from Green Bay to Illinois for a used truck I came across one in Lake Geneva Ford. Lake Geneva is 2 1/2 hours from Green Bay so I decided to invite my dad along for a father son road trip. And the trip was worth it, we drove home with my new truck! Lake Geneva Ford is the perfect example how to do business. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. The salesman I worked with John was super friendly, always on top of things, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. Owen in finance was another helpful and really friendly knowledgeable person that wrapped up paperwork with a smile and lots of stories along the way. And last but not least Chuck the owner who made this entire deal happen. A great guy who’s been around the car business for a long time that went the extra mile to make it happen to get me the truck I always wanted.Thank you to everyone at Lake Geneva Ford for helping me get the truck I wanted, at a price I was looking for, and for being part of a father son road trip I will never forget. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I went in on September 30th 2023 to purchase a vehicle. Kase, John, and Owen were extremely helpful. They made the process as easy as possible and took a lot of stress off of a large purchase. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ford and after working with these three, we would gladly purchase again when we are in need of a vehicle.

I've been a Ford person for decades. I started going here for service about 4 years ago. Jim the service manager is outstanding. He has a great attitude and is genuinely friendly. It would be great being in Lake Geneva if the building had a facelift.

I am from out of state (reside in Northern Illlinois) and was travelling to an appointment in Wisconsin when I hit a pothold in Lake Geneva. Unknown at the time, I had blown out the sidewall of the tire.My tire pressure was dropping quickly and I was unfamiliar with the area. I happened to come across Lake Geneva Ford, and as I drive a Ford, pulled in before the tire went completely flat.I went in to the service desk and the gentleman there seemed somewhat put off when I described what had happened and when I asked if they could replace the tire. He did come out and look at the tire - completely flat. He asked if I could drive on it. Which seemed an odd question to ask considering we were both looking at the same, very flat, tire.We went back inside and said they would look at it and get back to me. It would be a couple of hours for them to get to it (this was at 9:30 am). As I did not have an appointment and they were fitting me into their already scheduled day, I was appreciative of them fitting me in.I ended up heading into town to have a late breakfast and waited for their call. At 12:30 pm, still no call (again, I was told a couple of hours - I waited 3 before calling to check in). I called the dealership and was told they would get to it within the hour. I walked around town for a bit and headed back to the dealership around 2:00 pm. When I got to the dealership, the car was on a jack with the wheel still on. At about 3:00 pm they finally took the wheel off. At 3:30 they called me (I was in the customer "lounge"), so I told them I would just come back and talk to them. They showed me the tire with the blown out side wall and said they could not fix it and would have to order a tire as they did not have one. Frustrating that it took 6 hours to even look at the tire and make this determination but ok. I was told the car would be ready between 9:30 and 10:00 am the next day. I showed up at 10:15 am. I went back to the service desk and my car was still on a jack (not a lift) with no wheel. I asked if the car would be ready soon and was told the tire was not there and would not arrive until "at least" noon. I got a ride back to the office in Illinois and waited for the call. Around 1:00 pm they called and said the car was ready and I was able to get the car that afternoon. When I arrived to pick up the car, the tire was on and all looked good. With the exception that the grease used to help get the tire on the rim was still all over the tire. A simple wipe down with a rag to remove that gunk would have gone a long way. No care or attention to detail or customer service was exhibited.I understand that I was not a scheduled appointment but if they were too busy to look at the car for 6 hours - just say so up front. I could have had the car towed somewhere else that was able to look at the car. When I followed up, don't say you will look at it in an hour and then not look at it for another 3 hours, again I could have made a decision at that time to take it elsewhere. The lack of, or incorrect, communication was an issue. I am sure if I had known when I pulled in that they did not have time, I could have had the car towed to a tire shop and had a tire that day. Instead I was constantly given bad information as to when the car would be ready - and lost two days on the road because of it.On a side note, there was a gentleman in the "customer lounge" when I showed up at 2 pm saying they had his car for 4 hours when they told him it would be a 1 hour job. Not sure what they were doing for him but he was pretty irate and very vocal. So I was not the only one experiencing poor communication and customer service. While sitting in the "customer lounge" - and I keep using brackets because I have seen better waiting areas in bus stations - I overheard the two younger salespeople in the sales area. The language and attitude was extremely unprofessional. It just added to the overall negative experience.Overall my expereince with the dealership was poor. Perhaps the car buying experience is bet

I found a used Honda Fit online at Ford of Lake Geneva.I called the dealership for details and salesman, Cole Kucirek, answered. Cole was knowledgeable and courteous. Based on what customer service has become I was surprised how much attention Cole gave my call. This point was reinforced when I called again the next day, Cole's day off. The salesman who answered gave the impression he wasn't interested in my call or finding the answers to my questions. I mentioned I had an appointment to test drive the car on Saturday and asked by any chance would it be possible to come in fifteen minutes before the dealership opened. He repeatedly said the dealership opened at 9 on Saturday and there were no exceptions. Unfortunately I had to change the test drive to Monday. When I contacted Cole he was totally fine with the new time and assured me it wasn't a problem.I test drove the Fit with my son-in-law, an auto mechanic with many years of experience and multiple Honda training certificates. His only concern was the feel of the tires, which felt bumpy and soft. Back at the dealership he confirmed the tires were eight years old. He showed Cole the sidewalls were damaged and the tires had numerous cracks. Cole said he would have someone look at them as " we don't want our customers to have to buy new tires after they buy a car." We met with a woman from finance to discuss the cost and fees. I asked if there would be a discount as I intended to pay cash rather than finance. She replied curtly there was no difference in price between financing and cash. She added they had dropped the price by $200 just last week. My son-in-law mentioned the tires didn't feel right during the test drive. She replied " every tire feels different" and said something like he might not be used to the feel of a smaller tire. She did not offer to check the tires, to rotate the tires or even attempt to sell me new tires. After this conversation I seriously considered leaving the dealership. I left a deposit to hold the car and returned a few days later to make the purchase. I shared with Cole my disappointment with the finance conversation and commented that many of her replies bordered on rude. I next met with a different finance manager who had overheard my comments. She apologized for my experience and added the woman was a new hire. I was told the car had been cleaned. No mention of anyone checking the tires. After I purchased the car I started the 45 minute drive home. A few miles later I noticed the gas gauge had three bars but couldn't tell how much that was as there are no ¼, 1/2 or ¾ markings on the gauge. Soon it dropped to 2 bars and the low fuel light came on. I took the next freeway exit and found a gas station. I noted at the pump the car had held a little more than 2 gallons when I left the dealership. Why did I only identify Cole? The Dedicated Team Page on their website doesn't list him yet.I also want to recognize a young man who is on track to become a great salesman. In the center of the lobby there is a sign describing how they love their customers. The key chains they provided say the same thing. Would I have received better service if I had purchased a new Ford?

Just bought a newer used car at this dealership last Saturday, 5/13. By far the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. I'm from Illinois and there's no haggling, no shady business practices, none of that. The sales people are salaried, not on commission which makes a HUGE difference. The process was seamless and the price advertised is what it is. In and out in about two hours. If you're from Illinois head a little north and see how car buying should be! They have Illinois plates and can process everything state specific. GREAT Dealership and GREAT people!

I was in the market for an Explorer, dealt with Cole, found him to be honest, wanted me to get a good deal. They offered me a better deal on my trade in, easy to do business with, I'd highly recommend both the sales person and the dealership !

Great experience taking my son here to purchase his first car on his own. Everything was up front, no hidden fees or surprises and no pressure or upselling. We walked away feeling we were treated right and my son is thrilled with his purchase. Thanks so much guys!

I just had the best car buying experience in my life today at Ford of Lake Geneva. Owen and Mike were so helpful and made the car buying experience so pleasant. They were patient with all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I left there feeling confident in my car purchase. Cherie and Chuck were really great too. Thanks everyone, I will definitely refer friends your way. Kathi

We went to Kunes first just felt like a waste of time. Sat there for like 3 hours The salesman was falling asleep.. so we left and ended up here at Ford of lake Geneva. The moment we walked in the door we felt so welcomed and had the best help from Mike and Cole. Helped us get into a way nicer and newer vehicle within a hour or so. Definitely would recommend them others.
