Purchased an Orbi mesh system $400. After 1 and 1/2 months of dealing with Orbi, product is not giving us good or reliable WiFi. Went to store and they say there is nothing they can do. Last time I will spend my money at Best Buy.

Seriously, how dumb is it that you cant call the local store??? Rerouted to corporate. Then, after holding, corporate wont let you tak to anyone at the store!!!! So frustrating. Recent audio install (2 days ago) is not working. Screen is blank and defrost is on high and cant be shut off.

bought a pre pd phone card ask them to see if work for my phone said yes Asked can you active it no we dont just call this number b/s phone not compatable to card now have to go back 21 miles exchange it

I bought a new imac 5 months ago and it came with a one year warranty. The laptop charger quit working. It took 3 best buy workers 40 minutes to determine it was a faulty cable and then they claimed they could not replace it. They sell apple products and will not stand behind their products. The staff were rude In Lake Geneva WI and surprising that it took 3 Geek Squad members to determine a faulty cable!! Terrible customer service! I would leave a negative number if I could.

Not happy with the service at all.I brought in a laptop with battery that would not charge (but previously a best buy employee googled and told me necessary information to buy from Amazon)They told me I needed a new hard drive that would be either $60, $70 or $90. I agreed to $90, the kid starts hitting me up for a $250 deal that's good for 1 year or a "one time fix" for $150. I chose the $150, paid $158. 38 after tax.Came in 2 days to pickup my laptop and they charge me another $98 for my old hard drive .So I basically had to pay the $250 anyways but they don't have to give me the 1 year warranty/coverage.They offered no fix for the battery or new power chord that was discussed in the original meeting.This was the Best Buy in Lake Geneva WI.Neither business at this location will get my business again .

Purchased all my Kitchen appliances through Best Buy. Not cheap 5 figure$. Signed up and paid for the free delivery, installation, discounts etc. They showed up scuffed the walls delivering fridge, could not install the dishwasher with a solid surface as they don't screw into Quartz ( I told them that there is a bracket that has tabs that bends down to attach to cabinets- did not know what I was talking about and obviously did not have the part), plugged in the range and said power was off which it wasn't. They said the outlet was bad. I called the electrician to come check out and he showed me the bent plug spade that wasn't even in the outlet but bent to the side. He charged me $60 to fix the plug and make the service call which isn't bad for an electrician. Called to complain to customer service and they said they couldn't have someone come back out that day since they aren't allowed to contact them the same day of delivery/ install (sounds like a story) and would have someone come out the next day and also call me about the charge from the electrician- guess what never happened. Range hood was supposed to be installed but delivery guys said it wasn't at warehouse- that I would need to reschedule the delivery install. That was not a fun conversation as I was talking from someone from India- both times I called were heavy accents so I am assuming here. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she told me the next person over her was the president of Best Buy. What a joke. This isn't a business but a carnival ride and not a fun one. Still waiting on range hood install two weeks later. I wish there were more semantic options then leaving a review for missing work for installs etc. Not worth it- I would advise ppl go with an actual appliance store. I will not be shopping at Best Buy if not for the Apple Care being in the store I would never step foot in that store again. Don't shop- don't invest steer clear. I can only imagine how the free appliance repair is going to go...:(

The Best Buy building in Lake Geneva is for sale. Asking price is just over 4 million. I wonder if they will be closing? I've had okay experiences when I've purchased from them. They do seem to have high employee turnover. Many times it's less expensive to purchse items from Best Buy online rather than from the store.

Bring your coffee when you call them. They either don't answer the phone, or you'll be on hold for 1/2 hour or so waiting for someone to actually answer the phone. Adios BB.

Waited for Geek Sqad appointment for 2 days only to arrive and have them tell me they didn't have the part in stock to fix my phone. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
