We had an excellent experience working with Lynne and Alissa on buying a diamond and designing an engagement ring as well as getting an heirloom wedding band resized.
We first walked into the shop Mother's Day weekend, and despite all the traffic, Lynne made time to help us try on a few rings and set up an appointment for later.
I'm not a big jewelry person, and I really appreciate the effort Lynne and Alissa went to ordering different sizes and colors of diamonds to try, as well as the guidance we got on ring design. They are very responsive and we were notified immediately via text and email when something came in to see or when our CAD design was delivered.
Over the month or so that we worked with them, we always felt prioritized and warmly welcomed. I'm actually a little sad to have received our rings because it's been lovely getting to know them and hanging out while we've been in the design process.
Admittedly, we didn't really shop around because we were so pleased with the service we received and we've stayed well within our budget, but I've been on various jewelry/engagement ring forums during this time and I feel that their pricing was quite competitive and they were very transparent about cost through the process (though Lynne did clarify first if I wanted to talk about price and how we as a couple wanted to proceed, which I also appreciated).

Had a terrible experience here with Lynn, my wife recorded my interaction, and it’s on YouTube if anybody wants to see it, Just in case this business denies it, we have it on video. The moment I walked in, immediately the way I was greeted with such a condescending tone, just assuming that we weren’t gonna purchase anything. My wife was so upset that she went to go sit down by the chairs in front of the windows. She didn’t want to be part of the conversation that I was having with Lynn, (I believe her daughter was there as well. How embarrassing to act like this in front of her child, she helps you run the business Lynn. This attitude was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional) I already knew that Lynn was not pleased to have helped me or answer my questions. The way she answered my questions, it felt like she was just waiting for me to leave the store… again, I have this entire interaction recorded on YouTube. I was looking at a Cuban chain bracelet and immediately she said it was around $15,000 and then she aske ‘’Why didn’t I just get my bracelet with My other jeweler in Rockford’’ as soon as she asked me that I knew that My MONEY was not welcomed here . But the way she said it to me, made me feel like she thought I could not afford it. I will be reporting this business, with business bureau of Wisconsin as well, I will be reporting to the WCA. Lynn, if you’re reading this, I’m never ever gonna come back to your store, so don’t worry about having me and my wife in there. And if anybody here wants to get disrespected and feel humiliated, please come here and specifically, as for Lynn, she will give you a day to remember. this interaction took less than 10 minutes, and Lynn did a wonderful job on putting a good reputation with her disgusting attitude. As soon as My wife, noticed her attitude, she went to go sit down By the windows, and started recording immediately. I’ve been buying gold roughly for about seven years, and this is my first times that I get treated like this.

Highly recommend ! Would trust Lynne with any piece of jewelry that I own. Recently had 4 rings resized ; My 34 year old custom made wedding band had to be partially rebuilt, to avoid losing diamonds, as the channels that held the diamonds had worn down. Exquisite job ! At 1st I was concerned that the job would be costly as the store looks very expensive & classy, however price was very reasonable. Gallery pieces are very creative & Lynne is knowledgeable & listens to your needs-Thank you !

I was just gifted a stunning necklace for Christmas from my fiance. The craftsmanship is immaculate and so beautiful. I also have 2 pair of matching earring studs that I wear regularly. I can't speak highly enough of the owners as well. Truly wonderful people. Definitely support this business!

I'm in LOVE with my pieces from Geneva Lakes Jewelry! I had recently lost the original stone on my engagement ring (not insured) and had received a broken ring after my grandmother's passing. I wasn't 100% sure about what I wanted to do with the pieces. Alissa and Lynn took the time to ask me questions and really heard what I had to say to re-create two beautiful pieces that fit my lifestyle and budget! I'm so greatful to these ladies and highly recommended them to anyone with any budget!

Absolutely wonderful jewelry store in the heart of downtown Lake Geneva. Lynn has done a fantastic job curating some one of a kind jewelry pieces as well as some other accessories like purses scarves and wraps. Both Lynn and her daughter were so helpful and friendly. I love the larimar earrings I purchased and definitely will be coming back!

Wanted to take a moment to thank Lynne for her help yesterday with suggesting a simple tarnish rag to try fixing my Claddaugh ring's lack of shine! I thought I ruined the finish and came in possibly looking for a replacement of a very sentimental ring... instead of trying to sell me something new, she tried to help me salvage what I already had. Class act of a person so I'm quite sure it's a very stand up establishment to purchase from! Next time I'm looking for a piece of jewelry, that's where I'll be spending my money... because I was treated so kindly! Much appreciated! Thanks, Lynne and team!!!

I give Lynn (and her daughter!) 5 stars because of their attention to detail, personalized service, and their desire to see me truly happy and in love with my purchase. I was there in the summer and fell in love with a natural pink diamond ring. It was too expensive for my budget but when it came time to make my own purchase for a new ring, I reached out to Lynn. She actually remembered me and the ring that I spoke about!! Lynn went out of her way, above and beyond, to help me choose my own pink ? diamond and the setting. I'm so in love and posted some pictures so please check them out! I highly recommend this jewelry store!!

Super friendly staff. My wife and I both got our wedding rings here. I just recently had my resized, and they did a fantastic job with it. Will definitely be coming back here in the future for other items. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality jewelry.
