“Said there would be food but there wasn't. Apparently not enough employees. Drinks were not consistent, but always the same price. Not enough seating. The other guests is what saved the whole thing, and the beautiful grounds and decor. I'd try it again.”

“Absolutely obsessed with this place! I have not yet stayed as a guest, but visited here twice in the same day because it was so phenomenal. The service/bartenders, mixology, ambiance made this such an enjoyable experience. The flatbreads are also delicious!! Highly recommend the bar in the hotel as well as the speakeasy at night.”

“My significant other booked a room for us to get away for the weekend just to rest and relax. I was pleasantly surprised with how big the room was and the balcony that lead to a view of the lake. Even though the lake was frozen what a beauty it was to be there, see it and relax. A definite must go for everyone. We are looking forward to returning during the summer. The staff is super friendly, the place is so quiet and cozy gives it a nice homely touch.Rooms: Incredible huge room with a view to the lake.”

“Excellent place, very clean, nice, spacious rooms, the pool was clean, staff very friendly and the thing that I loved the most, is that my husband forgot his wedding ring and they called us to let us know, my mom is 80 years old and forgot her little coin wallet with more than 200 dollars in it and they found it and give it to us, that is 100% honesty. I will for sure come back and being my entire family and friends! Thank you ?”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Dillinger suite. The entire staff made us feel special. From the time we checked in, Lucy was so friendly and helpful. Janine was our server for dinner and was very fun and an excellent server. The food was amazing, with great views of the lake. The next morning, we had breakfast, Theresa was our server, she was super, and our food was delicious! Shout out to Kevin and Eric for making sure everything was perfect for us. If you want a historic, quaint, beautiful place to stay, we highly recommend it!Rooms: The Dillinger suite was so nice!Food & drinks: Filet and lobster, crab cakes, delicious!”

“We went overnight for the Winter Realms (ice castles) at Geneva National. The Ridge was welcoming, clean, and nicely appointed. The cocktail offered upon check-in was a nice touch. Despite having reservations at Crafted, the onsite restaurant, we were seated at a hi-top by the bar, so no view. Our waitress was pleasant but clueless in terms of attention. The Saturday evening live music with Whalen and friend was AMAZING though, and the bartender Cierra in the Lakeside Lounge made up for poor service in the restaurant. The trolley between properties to go to and from Winter Realms was great-- no driving required.”

“Room was big, 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, nice size bathroom, except our room didn't have a hairdryer to dry my hair after a shower. We went in December and they had a scavenger hunt, finding pictures around the hotel. My kids loved it! Continental breakfast was wonderful danish, cereal, bagels, yogurt, scramled eggs, sausage, regular waffle mix or cinnamon roll mix, coffee, tea and juice. Wish they had hot chocolate for kids. They did have complimentary lemon water in the lobby.Nearby activities: Just a few minutes from shopping and the lake”

“We had Easter brunch at the Baker house today. We arrived 20 min early and were seated immediately! As soon as we sat an incredible piano player started and we enjoyed music throughout our meal. We were served by McKenzie and enjoyed a wonderful selection of food and treats.McKenzie made our trip extra special by always being attentive to our needs. Thank you McKenzie!!I’ve seem mixed reviews but this was one of the best venues we have enjoyed in quite some time. Thank you to all of the staff as well and Happy Easter!”
