Now Told To Make An Appointment. Left My #.No Calls ?As That Huge Cat Remains In A Small Gage.Crying ?You Saving Him For A Cat And Dog Fight?As An Associate Told Me.I Don't Know Why? Cristina Told You That?She Handles The Adaption. Don't Know When She Works Again?Then Get Out Of The Adaption Business.Can Only Imagine. How The Treat Dogs Now.

I bought a dog harness L.XL it was too tight, returned for XL.XXL , smaller than the first. Third time, the charm? XxL. XXXL. Nope, still too small. Petco would only give in store credit because it returned too many times. I'm not appreciating making multiple trips and am now stuck with an instore credit when I had to drive 1/2 hour to the store and don't need anything else. My money is tight, and now I have to come up with yet another $40+ to get a harness from somewhere else. Thanks for nothing, petco!

Workers and manager were very rude when me and my friends were just looking for food for my dog because my mom asked me and she jus told us to leave for no reason and then we were called multiple swear words and racial slurs. Manager flipped us off and told our younger friend to kill him self. im hoping they do something about the rude workers and unprofessional environment and store that their running here. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL NEVER COME HERE OR ANY PETCO AGAIN!!!!

I love going to petco!! The little animals! The fish it's so fun taking my nephew! But he always wants to leave with a critter! Petco has a big variety of cat/dog food, I needed special dog food, for sensitive kidneys & liver I was quite pleased with their selection very happy

The manager admitted I was told incorrect information by her staff when they told me there was a 30 day guarantee on salt water fish. We spent hundreds at the store thinking we had a guarantee. We had one inexpensive fish die. I brought it back thinking what I was told was true and the manager was extremely rude. She informed me that the person who sold us the fish was new so it didn't matter what he said. She also proceeded to tell me I should research more before buying fish which was extremely inappropriate considering she knows nothing about me or my knowledge of salt water tanks. Petco lost a long time customer today. Not over the fish but over the managers terrible customer service skills. Please train your manager to treat your customers with respect. We won't be back.

Not friendly over the phone not letting my fiance speak for we are looking forward in getting Boss, all he wanted was a phone call back from the lovely lady that handles the adoption portion to confirm on doing paperwork rather then doing the adoption through online for we attempted to do it couple of times and no luck.Please we've been looking forward on adopting an animal since we talked about it for a while.
