“Chris at the Lake Geneva Post Office saved the day! I had a box shipped overnight from a vendor to my customer's event venue for an event this weekend. Lo and behold... the venue doesn't have a mailbox and doesn't accept USPS deliveries. What?! I am a wedding stationer and I have never heard of anyone just *choosing* to not receive mail from the postal service. Chris had the foresight to hang onto the box instead of returning to sender; he answered my call on the first ring and knew before I told him what I was calling about. We were able to arrange for someone from the venue to pick up the held box at the Post Office, and now my customer will have her items for her wedding, all thanks to Chris thinking on his feet. Thank you, Lake Geneva Post Office!”
