We are currently sitting outside Russo Automotive, but already thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Our Camper van engine stalled while we were visiting Lake Geneva from Chicago, so it is an emergency! The owner was kind and asked his mechanic to do a diagnostic even they did not have anytime to spare for another week with their current schedule. The mechanic gave us advice and helped to clean up a part that helped us going home. Thank you so much , Russo automotive.

Ron was great. He gave me a couple of different options for the repair of my truck and I took his recommendation. He ordered the parts right away and did the installation as soon as they arrived. Great customer service. I will return again and highly recommend Russo Automotive.
