The gentleman that served me yesterday was SO helpful and easy to talk to! I have recently moved from the UK, so I am not used to the different types of paint, but ALL of the staff at S-W Lake Geneva have guided me through the painting of our house that we recently purchased and remodeled.
Couldn't find a more lovely bunch of experts if you tried, nothing is too much trouble:)
Thank you to everyone at S-WLG for bringing colour into my life!

I walked in and noticed right away how clean and organized this store was. The service person was helpful and offered me a discount because they didn't have in stock the paint I came in for. Polite, friendly, and good service! I highly recommend this store!

We have been here a few times now and the staff is always very helpful and polite.The last time we were in, Leeann was extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to check surrounding stores for a paint color we were looking to match to a piece of pottery we have. (They were out of a base color needed to get the color we wanted) fortunately we didn't need the paint right away and we will be back once they receive the color needed.In addition to this, Leeann also was able to save us money on a different color by explaining the differences between the lines of paint they had and what separated them from one another allowing us to make our best decision on what we needed for the room we were painting.
