Room 209 is the too I stayed in. It had mold growing on bathroom wall the jets in the bath tube did not work properly. The spring break prices are to high but I stay any way. When i booked I asked for connecting rooms they acted as if they could accommodate and even reminded them before checking in and still did not happen. One of the workers asked if I want to decorate a piggy bank and I said yes thinking it was free but once I stated painting he brought me a bill to sign for the price to be booked on my room. Other than that it was a great trip…

We went during spring break so for 2 nights we paid $840. We didn't get to experience other parts of Grand Geneva mostly because of weather and budget. Below are honest pros & cons but the short version is this: Would I go again? Yes, but during sales or with a promo. Would I recommend? Strong yes, but with setting realistic expectations. This is our 2nd time and I prefer the visit we had in the fall to this time around during the winter-to-spring transition purely because there was more complimentary/ included things to do for families with small children outside of the Waterpark. I give the Waterpark a 7 out of 10 because it had stuff to do for our 1,7, & 11 year old, it has 2 hot tubs, and the serve alcoholic beverages. It's not a 10 out of 10 because it's small for a Waterpark compared to competitorsin the area, you cannot take towels outside of the doors even though the locker rooms and showers are located outside the Waterpark so bring your own towels, it is very crowded. Their arcade/game room is fair in terms of price and variety of prizes; my boys had a blast. Special shout out to the staff in the game room. Super helpful and kind.ProsThe room was very clean + They text you when you arrive so you have constant communication with staff + The balcony/patio is such a plus + The location is perfect with stores you might need within 4 min drive + only $50 security deposit for 2 nights + Hot Water in suite + The kitchen was perfectConsIf you want a late checkout (even if just 1 hr) you have to pay $88+ even though I know they had vacant rooms around us; they said they couldn't accommodate but I knew that they could have + With all the extra things to do on the Grand Geneva Resort, a lot of it wasn't complimentary so all we really did was the Waterpark and at $840 for 2 nights it seems a bit excessive + The air was dry in the room and it seemed like the heating system may need cleaning; it was affecting our sleep. We used the shower like a humidifier to correct + I don't like that they didn't offer real blankets; we went to walmart and purchased 4 throws to be comfortable, which was an additional $100 + No complimentary coffee or water in the lobbyRooms: May need cosmetic updates and ventilation maintenance.Safety: Door 3 was unlocked the whole time not requiring key card; someone should look into that

First time staying here. The kiddo and I loved everything about this place! Not a single complaint! Every staff member was super nice! Loved the water park, game room, mini bowling and our room with a huge jetted tub! When we went, they were remodeling their in-house restaurant. They had a temporary dining room set up in a banquet hall. That said, the food was great, portions were better than expected and the price was right! We will definitely be back!!

We stayed here for a second time after a great first visit back in April 2023. We were surprised to see an amazing upgraded kids water area with padded flooring, dump bucket, water sprayers, and multiple slides. Our little kids, aged 3 & 5, loved it! The indoor/outdoor hot tub was also a big hit. Our entire family got a lot of enjoyment from the waterpark overall. They also added a small arcade style bowling alley since our last visit. There were scheduled activities for kids to take part in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had several issues in our room. The pull out bed had a huge brown stain on the underside of the mattress. The main bedroom mattress was SO uncomfortable and springy. It did not have a mattress protector nor a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet covering it which had a large black stain on it. The "comforter" blanket was in between two flat sheets and had rips and holes in it. The blanket for the pull out mattress also had large holes in it. Our room had a walk in shower and the hose attached to the shower head was cracked causing water to spray profusely from the crack which lead to low pressure from the actual shower head itself. It was difficult to bathe 2 young kids in a walk-in shower and with a broken shower head, nonetheless. Shower had no shelves to put soap or shampoo bottles on, had to set soap on the floor. Towel rack was missing screws and not secure to the wall. Overall, we had a nice time at waterpark but there were just obvious things wrong with the room that should've been caught by the housekeeper before we checked in. To pay $400/night to stay here, I expect better and more comfortable room conditions.Rooms: Rooms are outdated but have nice amenities to include a small kitchenette with full size fridge, stove top and microwave as well as cups, plates and utensils .Nearby activities: Great waterpark area, arcade and scheduled activities throughout each day.

4.5 stars and the only knock we have was the food in the Waterpark Cafe. Most of it wasn't great and the soda machine serves flat soda. Otherwise, zero complaints. Breakfast upstairs was good, Waterpark is great for the entire family.
