Limited Wi-Fi in the area so the U-Haul app was useless. Otherwise, truck was clean, fueled, and ready to go when needed. Staff member was very helpful. Return was even easier with receipt to my e-mail within minutes. Will be using again.

Guy is never around, when he finally does show up he takes FOREVER getting the rental completed. Doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing? Shady agreement deal offered on the fuel currently in it. I’m not in a hurry but it really shouldn’t take an hour to rent a truck.

Super convenient and always so professional. It's like having access to a whole fleet of different size trucks and trailers. This is really not very expensive, either. They even have access to all the supplies that you might need.

The guys here are nice enough but my complaint is about my repeated calls to make sure there was no problems with the move day.. The Lake Geneva U Haul location promised at 26' truck. When i arrived it wasnt there. No text, call to let me know. I had to drive another 10 miles away to get a 26' truck (20 miles round trip...I paid for the mileage charge). Sucks, when i am paying movers to sit and wait for me to get a truck for them to load.

Owner billy is thief , truck gas was right and he issued receipt from U-Haul , and now trying to charge more cash so he can put it in his pocket , bad customer service

Their computer would not let me rent a car trailer because the car was listed as heavier than mine. The curb weight of my car is about 3900lbs and the car I wanted to tow was 3300lbs. Ended up having to pay to have it towed.

Great, friendly service. The computer system had an error to over-charge my rental. But, the staff noticed the error and went out of their way to make sure the final bill was correct. Resulted in a discount for me. The truck was in good working condition. I recommend renting with them.

Absolute worst customer service & truck conditions. Do not use this place or frequent the Shell gas station that this is out of. Owner is a Bully, treats customers with utter disrespect and belittles in front of others!!! Truck was disgusting!!! Dirty Cab - day(s)/week(s) old french fries, dried mud on the floor boards, dirty, bug crusted windshield, dirt all over the truck from a previous user. The back of the truck had to be swept out numerous times and cardboard placed over the entire floor before I could even use it. The Due to being in a hurry & having a limited amount of time to move with assistance, I was forced to have to clean this myself instead of returning to get a new truck. When I returned the truck to the same location the personnel had changed. A man checked me in & I asked to speak to someone about the state of the truck that was rented to me. He went & checked the mileage while another employee came to speak to me. When I told her about the incident & inquired to see if there would be a discount or some other resolution given based on the state of the truck she informed me that they would just charge the previous user. Indeed there was signs stating that the users would be charged $25 if the trucks were not returned cleaned (I had seen this when I was signing the paperwork to rent the truck). Couple of issues with this as I see it: they must not be inspecting these trucks when they are returned AND they are not performing regular cleaning prior to renting to others. When I questioned why the previous user would be charged, but I wouldn't be compensated for having to clean up their mess she asked her boss (and whom I understand to be the owner of both the gas station and U-Haul location) if they would discount he said no, they would charge the previous user. I then stated the same thing I had said to the female employee about having to clean-up someone else's mess that they were going to charge them for and yet were not willing to give me a discount. He was indignant that I would even ask for some kind of resolution! He then began to loudly belittle me in front of two of his employees & around 10 other customers in the store!---Stating that what did I want, $5, $10, $15 dollars off? He showed absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction that I received. In fact I would equate how he treated me to an adult Bully! I decided at that point, no amount of discount was going to satisfy me and was not worth getting spoken loudly to (on the verge of yelling) and disrespectfully in front of others. (All of the other customers & employees were staring at us while this was happening). I was in shock that this owner/manager would treat anyone, let alone a paying customer in this way. I feel that this owner shouldn't even be allowed to operate a U-Haul location, that is how bad my experience was with this individual. I will NEVER use this location, frequent this gas station and I will be letting all of my friends & family in the area of this horrible experience. I can't believe that someone that acts like this & treats customers like this is even in business.
