My family and I were in tonight at the Lake Geneva location, and with the help of Kristin Boyette we were more than satisfied! We could not be happier to now be an apart of the US cellular family and this is in-part because of Kristin!She was extremely attentive to not only us but other customers, even though she was the only employee working. She additionally stayed an extra 2 hours past the store closing to make sure we were satisfied and all of our phone transfers were taken care of. She truly is an asset to the Lake Geneva store and to US cellular. We would more than recommend this location and this employee for any new or existing customers! She is a gem! Thank you to Kristin for being so engaging, honest, informative, and helpful!

Kristin was quite possibly the rudest employee there. I understand if you would not purchase the phone I have. But it does not give you the right to judge my purchase. We simply went in there to complain about the company they sent us to to get my wife's phone fixed.This lady gets all upset and very condescending. Proceeding to yell us "ubreakiFix" is bad at fixing phones.So when why do you guys send us there?Proceeding to tell us the phone we have sucks and she won't sell it because people only get 1 to 2 months out of.I'm very unhappy with the service.

I went in to see of I could get a new phone with their current promotions. Chloe showed me a new phone and quoted me a price that would be less than my current phone bill.I bought this phone in June and my phone bill has been 30.00 every month more than she quoted me. I have the paperwork she gave me. I have been trying to resolve this and nobody will get back to me. Colleen had told me Chloe did not apply the promotion correctly. I have been a US Cellular customer since 2007. I am so frustrated with this and need for someone to get back with me asap to resolve this!!!

Me: We would like the new IPhones please.Rep: I don't know, you have androids, it would be hard to switch.Me: OK, what about this small new flip touch screen phone?Rep: To be honest, it's just not that reliable or the best option.Me: OK, how about this folding touch screen?Rep: I wouldn't want to sell you that as the center screen will crack when folding.Me: Fine, we will just get the IPhones please.Rep: We don't have any and it will be hard to find them.Me: OK, We will order off your website. Do you have an apple watch?Rep: No, we don't keep those in store.Me: OK. I will order the phones offline and get an apple watch from best buy.Rep: Yeah, they might not be compatible, I wouldn't get one from there.Me: OK, We will order everything offline from your website.Rep: Just so you know, they won't work when you order them. You will have to bring them to me anyways.I have never met an anti sales salesperson before, but they do exist.

Went in to get the a new phone. On my way to the store, I had received a text that the I-Phone 13 was $600 off. A few months later, I had dropped it and cracked the screen protector. I went in to have the screen protector replaced and asked how much more I owed on the phone. I was told I had a balance of almost $800. I explained that could not be accurate as I got it $600 off. Come to find out the girl that helped me that day messed up the whole transaction and I was being billed fulled price for the phone. Needless to say, I have spent numerous hours on the phone with US Cellular trying to get this resolved.

I went into this location recently and was looking to bring over my number and get a new iPhone 13. The sales associate was nice, but said I HAD to go back to my current carriers store in town to get my account information since I wasn’t sure of account number or where to find it. I went to the store in town and saw an associate helping another customer with bringing THEIR number over to my current carrier. Like, talking to their old carrier on the phone to make the whole thing easy. Another employee came up to me and asked what I came in for. I explained it and he seemed sad, but said sure thing. As he is getting my info up, he discovers a discount and saved me money on a new iPhone 13 and a watch! Same price as the US Cellular associate quoted me. Not the employee at US Cellulars fault, but clearly someone their is telling associates to send new customers to leave and get help from the other carrier to get their account information. At my current carrier, they were helping new customers take care of getting their number in store so they didn’t have to leave. Makes a huge difference that the other store (I should say my store now!) was helping with everything unlike this store who sends people out or doesn’t even try to help get the info. Well they lost a sale. Maybe the store manager should train employees differently. I feel bad for the associate who tried setting me up with US Cellular, I didn’t get their name, but they were awesome! Let your manager know you all should help out new customers more.

I was helped by Colleen and was impressed with how quick and easy it was to sign up and help me with an upgrade.I’m usually pretty phone savvy but I had some questions to fill in the blanks with the new iPhones and she helped very well without showing much to any bias.I was in and out in about 20-25 mins as opposed to the 2-3 hour experience I have been accustomed to at competitor stores which had me taken back. Very helpful and buying a phone has never been easier. Highly recommend.

Went in on a frigid -25 morning to get Fitbit to synch to Moto phone. Jenny, the awesome and smart and funny and PATIENT representative, mentioned I was eligible for an phone upgrade. Because Jenny wasn't pushy or hurried or preoccupied, I decided in an instant (which I never do) to upgrade to a new phone and so glad I did...Jenny set it up for me exactly as I requested and explained how it worked. On several day-after-day subsequent visits because phone not synching (Fitbit problem, not phone) Jenny continued to display patience and humor and knowledge. She is a great asset to US Cellular. I also dealt with Sarah; and she, too, is patient and determined to satisfy customers! I highly recommend US Cellular in Lake Geneva because of Jenny and Sarah.

Great service
