It was helpful because it was open 24 hours. Also, the store clerk kindly showed me where the medicine was. The cashier was also very nice.

One star is still too much! I truly believe the pharmacy manager at this store got some sadistic pleasure playing cat & mouse with my son’s many meds. Every month it was some excuse, insurance issues, supply issue, Dr supposedly never sent prescription (all untrue) ETC. At times only giving me one dose at the 11th hour only to have to come back & wait in line for over an hour hoping the rest of the prescription was filled. It was never the pharmacy at fault according to her & she couldn’t care less. I was driven to tears more than once terrified my son wouldn’t get his meds in time & he’d have seizures - she found that entertaining as she literally laughed at me once & hung up on me another time. Lucky for her it never came to my son having a seizure because if it had it wouldn’t just be a bad review. I moved his Prescriptions across the road to Walmart a couple months ago, I have been in tears of gratitude to Walmart Pharmacy since as they’ve made getting my sons medication an easy, pleasant & efficient experience. Don’t think you have to put up with the horrible customer service on offer here, anywhere is better than this place. One should never be put thru such horrible treatment just trying to get prescribed life saving medication.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Always have to wait at minimum 45 minutes to get any prescriptions and half the time they can’t find the prescription for a solid five minutes.

Avoid at all costs. Web said photo order was ready for pickup and I waited in the store for over an hour. Was treated poorly by incompetent staff. Not the first problem we've had at this store. Other Walgreens are much better.

Very slow service in drive thru. After waiting 30 min i was never offered to speak to pharmacist with a med. Got home and was missing a med. Called and waited 15 min on phone and was told girl went to pharmacy and ask them to take call. Came back on and said would get manager if they did not pick up. I was given excuses and no option for delivery and when ask to speak to manager was told there was no manager until the morning. If you want skow service, excuses and lies this is your place

Rude pharmacy and staff. Apparently nobody knows how to do their job or even answer phones. They’ll act like they can’t hear you once they do actually answer. Don’t do your business here. Place is a joke.

I see a number of recent poor reviews. I've been using this location for at least 3 years. My rating due to mixed experience, more so with pharmacy than general shopping. Sadly when it comes to drive up pharmacy in particular, it can definitely be frustrating. Simply depends on time you go. I have some flexibility so have had mixed experience and generally go when I know it will be less busy. If there are several cars in line, it can be very slow. I'll park and go inside but can be just as busy. Seems like we all show up at the same time, lol. I think the staff are generally helpful, especially in person. Not a 5 star service but haven't personally experienced rude staff. Occasionally have to call pharmacy and sometimes get someone who's not having the best day. I get my answer but not always happy campers on the other end. I appreciate that they are open 24 hours (except meal break at 1:30 am). Think I can manage around that. When I moved here, I had no issues transferring Rx to them, but I was also using Walgreen's in other location so not a big deal. Pharmacist has been helpful answering questions. I plan to continue as a customer as there is more good than bad.

Quit misleading your customers about when there prescriptions will be ready. was told 1 hour and it took several hours. Not a way to treat sick people.

The pharmacy staff is rude and never helpful at all. One time we had a prescription that couldn't be filled because they didn't have the meds. We asked if they could transfer the prescription to Delavan and was told no as they were too busy. We avoid this Walgreens as much as possible and would rather go to Delavan, Elkhorn or even Harvard even though it's a further drive.

I have had many bad experiences with Walgreens Pharmacy, but today's mess has prompted me to switch pharmacies. I saw in the app that my son's Depakote prescription was delayed due to an insurance issue. This happens almost every time to me and many many others. I usually call and all of a sudden things are fixed. I called the Lake Geneva, WI location today and was told there was an insurance issue. I asked if I could just pick up 4 capsules b/c my son needs them for epilepsy. I was told that would be fine. I asked if I came in an hour or so would that be okay and again I was told that would be fine. I went through drive-thru with my son who has autism in addition to epilepsy. He had such a terrible seizure on 9/9 that rescue had to be called and his Depakote increased. He was out of sorts due to this, but since I was assured meds would be ready we went. The same man who told me they would be ready told me in drive thru that they were out of stock and I could come back tomorrow. I said that we will be all out and we need them today. He said "ok" and sent a bag through the tube that did not have Depakote in it. I had to press the call button several times and a woman answered saying he would be with me shortly and I told her that he had already "served" me and did not give me Depakote. She then said "oh, we are all out." I told her what I was told when I called and that my son will have seizures without it and what does she suggest I do. She said she would look into it. I sat and waited while my son became increasingly agitated. I pressed the call button many times as I waited for 10 minutes or so with zero communication. I finally yelled to them "I need the depakote and to get out of here -- hurry up!" The man said they are all out. I told him YOU ARE THE ONE WHO TOLD ME TO COME!!! I was frustrated beyond belief and drove off. I called walgreens in Mukwanago, explained the situation and would you believe it, there was no insurance issue and he happily filled the prescription. Just as I hung up with the walgreens in Mukwanago the woman from Lake Geneva called and left a msg saying that the medication requires a prior auth so no pharmacy will be able to fill it so maybe we should just go to urgent care. When I called back to tell them it was being filled elsewhere, no one would speak to me. Everyone knows that Walgreens says they are having insurance issues when they are not. I assume they are having stock issues. As a matter of fact, I checked with my insurance and there was never a denial. The behavior of the Lake Geneva team is unacceptable. Walgreens lying to customers is unacceptable. Trust me, if my son had a seizure due to this, you would be getting a big fat lawsuit not a post. I am so happy I found a wonderful pharmacy and never have to step foot in a walgreens again. I did try to send this through your website, but your contact page is not working...which made me laugh, so thanks for that

Worst. Pharmacy. EVER. Completely incompetent and unorganized. Would never recommend to anyone else unless you are desperate for something at 2AM. Even then, you probably won’t get any help.
