“I had a rim that was giving me trouble. Tire slowly losing air. Nate and another kind, caring, professional man took the car promptly, checked the rim, attempted to replace rim with one they had, but it wasn't the proper fit. Again Nate assessed the tire and found no problem with it. I didn't understand when it's hot out, tire pressure increases. That I should check tires when car is cool.i was using gas station pump. Nate recommended hand gauge, fit correctly. I will do that from now on. This used to guy stuff for me. Now I need to learn. I was so appreciative. Safety#1. I have to travel next week. “I never write reviews but decided it was necessary. I wasn't able to get into Rick's Service Center the week my vehicle had a light come on for my transmission and AWD. It was also making a loud rattling noise. I decided to take my SUV to another mechanic shop who said I needed a new engine. The mechanic then wanted to buy my SUV for scrap. I ended up taking my SUV to Rick's Service Center and they actually took the time to look into the issue. They were able to fix my issue for $1,100 instead of at least $9k for a new engine with another mechanic shop. I will only be going to Rick's Service Center. There is a reason why they have such great reviews. Great work!”

“Had two nearly identical problems in my car and in my wife's car. Both were deer related with damage to the front of the car. I took mine to the BMW recommended store and had a fairly negative experience.We took my wife's Volvo here and couldn't speak more highly of the work they did. Great communication, great work. If you have GEICO with rental car coverage they will have Enterprise bring a car there and pick it up when you are done with it. Couldn't speak more highly of the professionalism and the quality of their work, and I had a recent, direct comparison to evaluate them against.”

“Contacted Rick and set up an appointment to do front struts and sway bar bushings on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dropped it off before Affordable Auto opened and waited for my call back. Around 2:30 Rick called and said my Jeep was done. Picked up after 4 and immediately heard and felt the difference soon as I pulled out of the lot. No sound in the front end and no shaking when I hit a bump.
New struts replacing the original struts made a great difference. Thanks to Rick and Affordable Auto for doing great work at a reasonable cost.

“I was visiting from out of town (Macon Ga) and got in a fender bender in my local friend's car. Took to another body shop, and they quoted me $3,200 to get a dent repaired and some paint work. On a fluke- based on these reviews- my friend insisted with check out Caliber Collision first. We walked in and the GM Matt met us within minutes, personally dropped what he was doing to pull the dent out himself and then buff. It looked almost brand new after 20 minutes of his labor- he then instructed us to go next door to get the right touch up paint and explained what type to obtain and why. When we asked how much to pay him (expecting at least a few $100 dollars), he refused any money. He and his team and front desk were extremely and helpful- they put our interest infront of their own.My friend and I are so grateful and impressed with Caliber Collision.
