Went to Hallie after having nothing but issues with Verizon. Mitch and Don were both very friendly and more than helpful. Even after getting set up we had a nice conversation for quite a while. I saved way more money and get far better service. 100% recommend Hallie T-Mobile

Was told by whom I believe was the manager that I would get the $35/month special as advertised. Picked up the internet tower mid-December and I keep getting billed $50/month. I called T-Mobile and they said I don't have the right cell plan. Cell guys won't put anything in writing . They just say here's your special price.Won't be back to this store.

Just stopped in here and had the worst retail experience of my life. Walked in around 445pm to upgrade my phone. There is 1 girl working when I enter and she was with a customer. Didn't get her name but had purplish hair. She communicated very well with me even though she was with a customer, even answered a few questions I had. I decided to wait for her to get done helping a customer which she said would be about 10 minutes. Again she was great.5 minutes later a guy comes from the backroom and she quickly catches him up on why I was there. After him answering a couple of questions of mine he walks away from me so I follow. He then answers a phone call "hey Jordan...." without looking at me. The call continues for a few minutes and I decide that was far too disrespectful for me to continue so we left to buy the new phone online. So thanks to the bleached hair guy, for nothing. I had much better service the week before at the eau claire tmobile.

Wonder if corporate purposely hires lying store reps. Lake Hallie, Hastings Way, and Gateway locations are ran by the same district manager. I would have been a new customer coming from Verizon and they chased me away. I will spread the word in public. They ball faced lied about not having any iPhone 14 pro max phones. I talked to apple rep and t mobile corporate and they both confirmed that all stores have them.

We went to the Lake Hallie location to get a second T-Mobile Arcadyan gateway. We were told by the sales agent that we cannot have two on the same account. We informed the sales agent that we in fact could, and she told us that she wasn't going to argue with us. So we left and went to the Eau Claire location and they quickly activated one for us and we were on our way in less than 20 minutes.

They do so well with me when I'm there I'm almost thinking about adding some more services I already have my phone through them and my mobile hotspot soon here I might see if I can add a home hotspot of and for Wi-Fi just for a home.

After being a t mobile customer for 11 years, I have enjoyed good customer service, until now. I called customer service and they supposedly couldn't help me unless I showed up at a t mobile store. So I took the time to drive to a t mobile store in lake hallie wi. There I was not given any help and was told I had to call the customer service line I had originally called and was told the wait time was 1-1/2 hours or press 1 for a callback. So .... I waited and got the callback, but when instructed to again press 1 to start the call, they were unable to process (several times). So after investing 2 -1/2 hours on wasted "customer service" time (still no help) I had the privilege of talking to a rude, know nothing representative at the lake hallie Wi store, I got no help whatsoever and still no help. Don't waste your time.
