Had a mishap backing out of garage and damaged my car door Labor day weekend. Was refered to Ben at Rock Lake. He was upfront and honest about the options I had and the cost. He found a replacement door and the job was done in a day. I can't say enough how pleased I am with Ben and the crew at Rock Lake.

We brought a work truck in for repair after a hit and run. The repair involved taking a lot of electrical components off, including safety lights and cameras. When we picked up the truck, all components were reinstalled perfectly and everything works flawlessly. In addition, upon reinstallation of the truck cap, they took the time to install it BETTER than the original professional installation - paying attention to all the small details. The actual body work is flawless, and the truck looks like we just drove it off the lot. I have no idea how they can restore vehicles the way they do, but I'm guessing the attention to detail in this shop is very strong. They also willingly performed the unfortunately-required banter between the shop and the insurance company to get things covered and repaired properly with OEM parts. Highly recommend!

Got recommended to these guys from Ryan’s Auto, who I also rate 5 stars. Excellent service, they give it to you straight, no trying to bilk you. Like many of you, I value my time, and getting a straight forward answer, that I can trust is exactly what I look for, that’s these guys.

Went to get an estimate for my bed on my truck never got one owner is never there always has other people talk to you that don't really know what there talking about. If you have an old vehicle that's rusty or needs body work save your time and take it elsewhere save yourself alot of time and money

My Challenger was smashed in the front and on the side. It happened shortly before my lease was up so I had to have it fixed. Having only been in the area a short time, I asked the guys at my gym for a good local shop and they recommended these guys. It was a tough repair and I needed it to be perfect so my leasing company wouldn't screw me over. By the time they were done, my car looked brand new. I couldn't have been happier. These guys were great. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

My sun roof got shattered I file a claim to insurance before I go. I drop my car off and they were nice enough to give me a car to use. I get a phone call an hour later asking my deductible. I told them and they said to cancel the claim. It was way cheaper. These people are awesome and honest. Any body work you need done go here!
