We had a company dump truck that needed a tow and we were referred to HDM by another tow company. They were very prompt and professional. They had a fair amount of drive time to get us and were more than fair with the invoice. I highly recommend them and will use them again if ever needed. Thanks again HDM.

They wouldn’t let me use an air hose outside the shop to change my tire while working construction not very small business oriented. They don’t even have the capability to air up a vehicle without bringing it into the shop. They say in their response I was asking to use equipment but I just needed air even kwik trip provides free air. I also would have paid for it. So again you are wrong sometimes saying yes you can use the air leads to a positive review vs a negative one.

I had one of my Semi trailers lose a glad handle. the company we were currently at said they knew a company that would help. These guys helped my driver fix the broken part and only charged $8. Great people!

Great place friendly people came in for a simple fix just didn’t have the right tools to fix it and it only took five mins and didn’t charge me for it which never happens thank you so much for showing there is good people out here yet.

I had an unfortunate incident two days ago. And I would like to give HDM award of excellence for their service. The receptionist who greeted me and dealt with my problem and was patient, very friendly and helpful, made me feel very safe and secure and waiting for them to send a technician out to assist me with my problem. The technician also friendly, polite, and respectful as the receptionist was Came, did his job and made me feel good about the whole process I give HDM the highest recommendation and award. And thank them truly for the service that they provide for me they are fast and efficient.

John and Mike came to the rescue after an unfortunate incident with a car while I was in a semi. They did a great job getting rigged to the trailer preventing the trailer from rolling over and pulling the truck out minimizing damage. They were extremely professional and had nice conversation on the ride back to our terminal.

Had a semi there twice in a week said they fixed everything and after 3000.00 it's still not fixed!!! I don't recommend going here at all!!!!
