I ordered photos. I went to pick them up. No one was at the photo desk. I went to the front register only to be told to go back to photo, dah. I was given my photos at the photo counter and told to go back to the front register again to pay. Both times at the front register, there was a line. There was only one cashier who was doing everything.

This is consistently the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Staff is rude, service is terrible and you will be dead by the time you get your prescription filled.

This is the worse pharmacy staff of all the Walgreens I have been to. Two weeks in a row they lost one of my prescriptions. I called in these refills on Monday afternoon, went to pick it up on Wednesday afternoon and still not ready. They told me I would have to wait an hour for them to refill prescription. When I came back they only had one. Can't give any answers other than they are busy. Like others say, they are all just plain rude and no customer service. I am done going there.

Went into the store around 15 min to close to quickly grab some flu medicine. The shift lead and cashier didn't want to sell me the medication. The cashier even proceeded to smirk at me. Pretentious women who did not have good customer service. Visiting this area (from out of state) and very unfortunate that I wasn't able to grab the medicine that I needed. They just seemed to want to rush everyone who came in because they wanted to go home. Rude to other customers as well.

Great I stop by this afternoon . The store staff was very friendly and even pointed out discounts we could get on the item and pulled out the coupon book. Very nice !

The majority of the staff in the pharmacy department are very unfriendly, included several of the female pharmacists and at least one of the pharmacy techs. They do not smile, do not say thank you, and act like a customer is an imposition to them. Also, several of the store employees are unfriendly, including at least one of the store managers (specifically a female manager who's first name begins with "K"). The posted prices for items often comes up incorrectly - watch your prices at the check-out! So interesting to see so many others mirroring the same sediments about this specific Walgreen's store. We have visited many other Walgreen's in other cities/towns/locations and have never experienced these negative conditions. This store needs some serious investigation. Please get better, more friendly, caring employees.

The store staff is Great, always helpful and pleasant. The pharmacy staff is terrible, rude every time I go in and constantly messing with hints up and get rude when you're upset about it.They even charged me full price for my meds for months because I only had my insurance card on my phone which I found out later was not against their pant policy to bot accept my digital card. Done!

How rude, awful pharmacy customer service. This Skyler needs to learn how to treat people with respect. The pharmacist was overwhelmed and non caring. I asked if they were short staffed since my pills were not ready she said yes. I said I would put in a complaint and she said well nothing will come of it. I went home and filled out a application for a new pharmacy. Its the customers who suffer when this happens. I did not get the pills I needed and they had 2 weeks to call in one of my other ones and lied about it. They need more help in that area and customer service training would help.

Right now the pharmacy staff is overwhelmed due to covid-19 injections. Please allow yourself extra time if you need anything from the pharmacy. I feel horrible for them. I hope they are getting paid extra.

horrible customer service. I sent my sister money through their western union location. they misspelled her name on the transaction(which I do admit, I should've double checked) so she couldn't pick up the money. So after speaking with three different employees, I encountered a rude manager who told me to call western union. They said to go back to Walgreens and cancel the transaction and resend it. The manager said she couldn't do it because it was $400 which was above their limit. I said that I had sent the 400 through them and they had made the mistake, that I wasn't trying to get a refund, just resend the money. She was curt and rude and said there was nothing she could do for me and hung up the phone. I called back western union and they told me that was ridiculous and they would call the manager as well as "give them a strike." Apparently after a certain amount of legitimate complaints, western union pulls their services. I forgot to mention that the manager only said "yep" or "no" like I wasn't worth their time. I wouldn't ever patronize this place again even if I was going to dump my pants and they had the only bathroom in a 5 mile radius.
