Busy, but very quick service in pharmacy. Emma C. helped me navigate new medication issues for my elderly mother and spoke to us professionally and personable. For such a stressful issue she showed kindness and made our experience much easier! I can tell their job is stressful but she made time for us and let us ask questions. Thanks so much to Emma C! Would recommend their pharmacy services.

The pharmacy wait times are ridiculous. You can count on at least 15-25 minutes and I’ve waited almost an hour several times. Everyone wants to fill the prescriptions but no one wants to wait on the customers. It’s so very frustrating that the wait times are so lengthy. I just needed a recount of my pills and so I had to get out of line after I already waited 20 minutes and then they wanted me to get back in line when it was ready behind 7 more people. I just left. Not waiting any longer. Such a waste of my time.

Like every Walgreens I’ve ever been to, this one is always understaffed. There’s constantly issues with insurance and the app says “we’ll call if we need anything from you.” They never call. I usually have to get my doctors office to call before they listen and do anything. Then on top of that, the staff acts extremely rude when you call because the long acting pain meds you’re on are now 3 days past due. Only to be told (quite rudely) it’s ”we need to call the insurance company, but we’re too busy to do it now”… well why didn’t you call yesterday? How about the day before that? Or the day before that? (The script was on file since 4 days ago). Like I try to be understanding because i know it’s not the employees fault usually, it’s corporate greed . They constantly understaff and then lock up things like toothpaste so you need to waste a staff members time so they can come over and unlock the toothpaste. I would absolutely use someone else, but wouldn’t you know it, this is the only pharmacy in this town.
As a terminally ill cancer patient, I’m so tired and sick of being abused by capitalism and greed. I just want to enjoy the little time I have left and not be in constant pain. May God (if there is one), have mercy on the souls in charge of this awful corporations. H E double hockey sticks is gonna be a busy place. I can tell you that.

People seem to have alot of issues with the pharmacy. My experience has been fine. It's very clean and the front people seem to be very nice. Bathrooms are clean as well. Everything is very organized.

Horrible. Understaffed, not friendly. I only use this pharmacy if I have to. Otherwise I go elsewhere. Do better!! Employ those who WANT to work and are passionate about it and show effort. It's a joke.

Sue T was a great help with guiding me through where I needed to be in the app. She also took the time to find me a replacement of the Hersheys bars with almonds!

The pharmacy is incredibly understaffed. The staff is very stressed and this can lead to mistakes. Expect long wait times both in the store and drive-up. You will need to interact with frustrated employees. Something needs to be done soon to right this sinking ship. August 31, 2024

Horrible customer service!..needed to speak to a pharmacist today, finally got one to answer and before I could get my question out, I was cut off. Happened twice. I don't think I've been to the pharmacy once where I recognized someone from my last trip. High turnover and it shows.

Ruben was outstanding. I wan't too pleased with the photo we had printed (cut off either side) and the printing was also done on what felt like photo-paper. I don't think she was the one making these things but her service and communication was refreshing. I'd shop there again simply because of her.

Every,month for 6 months I've had to fight for my prescription even though every month I ask for automatic refill. Every time they say I never ask for automatic. They are rude thoughtless and inconsiderate. Had no choice but go there when the local pharmacy closed but now we'll travel further to another pharmacy. Would only use it for an emergency and I'm sure they'd screw that up as well.

Miss Heimstreet’s employees and service. Walgreens always seems understaffed, rushed and frequently behind/confused with prescriptions, or gives me less than prescribed…just not a hometown, secure feel to the store at all. Sad for Lake Mills.
