Every,month for 6 months I've had to fight for my prescription even though every month I ask for automatic refill. Every time they say I never ask for automatic. They are rude thoughtless and inconsiderate. Had no choice but go there when the local pharmacy closed but now we'll travel further to another pharmacy. Would only use it for an emergency and I'm sure they'd screw that up as well.

Miss Heimstreet’s employees and service. Walgreens always seems understaffed, rushed and frequently behind/confused with prescriptions, or gives me less than prescribed…just not a hometown, secure feel to the store at all. Sad for Lake Mills.

Disappointing experience at the pharmacy. We've contacted them beforehand on four occasions to prepare prescriptions, only to be informed upon arrival, despite receiving notification of readiness, that it wasn't ready, resulting in an extra wait of 15-30 minutes. Additionally, there were instances of receiving incorrect medications and inaccurate instructions for antibiotics.

The worst customer service when it comes to the pharmacy. Have went multiple times for rx after saying filled and it’s not ready and there’s a 30 min wait. Will give you parts of your order. Bought out small hometown pharmacy in Waterloo to close it down. Folks there were left with no access to meds unless they have transportation. Just sad. I can’t believe they were that much of a competitor.

Please be gentle with the employees as they are short staffed. Received some vaccines from the pharmacy and they were efficient and professional.

After 30 minutes of holding to "please hold on we will be with you shortly. There are more than 3 callers ahead of you" I had to give up. I will drive over to ask them to correct the error they have made submitting a script. Walgreens is the most expensive pharmacy in the US and provides THE WORST service. Pick another if you have the opportunity. ANY OTHER.

Bought out all other pharmacies, gave them a days notice that they all will be shut down. The definition of Scumbag corporate healthcare. They are a prime example of destroying competition so that they can thrive in their mediocrity.

For 2 days I have say on old 20 plus minutes trying to get a script filled. I get messages it's ready, drove there and they don't have it. Horrible

I’ve had multiple problems with this pharmacy for filling prescriptions. They are they’re not filled on time or you are disregarded. I just spent 25 minutes on hold for their automated system to hang up the phone on me. I will never ever frequent a Walgreens again as there is a CVS just as close and much more competent.

this place used to be good. they used to text when your scripts were ready for whatever reason they have stoped. Now they use a fill center anyou wait over 24hrs to fill some of your scripts. not the place it used to be think The other pharmacy in town might have a new client.

This store is so slow...they need at least another tech to help out during their prime hours...If your not going to fill my script until I get there then please don't make me wait in line a second time when it is finally filled 30 min I won't get back.

Great People that work there are let down by a horrible HORRIBLE automated voice system. Takes 5 minutes to call and actually reach the person your looking for in most cases.
