just tried to get gas, two different pumps, neither worked. I told the lady inside, she said it's because it's cold...this is Wisconsin, if the won't work when it's cold when will they? Already don't use another pump because half the buttons don't work...maybe time to upgrade those pumps?! We're heading towards Mountain looking for a newer station where the pumps will work.

Went in for am alignment and they charged me $25 just to tell me it couldn't be done. WHAT A RIP OFF!! Only go here if you're ok with being charged for stuff you didn't ask for.

Worst shop you could go to! I i could i'd give it a -5 stars they have very bad customer service and just never do what they say there going to do never stepping in this shop again and i don't recommend anyone to!

I will never, ever go to this place ever again for a simple oil change. I went there last year and paid $40 for an oil change. This time I was charged $125.73. They said I needed a new filter....ok no problem. I ask them to check the coolent.....they didn't know what that was. They also tried to talk me into things I knew I didn't need.....my daddy didn't raise a fool. I got ready to pay, thinking it was going to be the same price I paid last year......Wrong. The bill was $125.73 I almost choked. I couldn't make them give me back my oil......or I would have. I paid it and left. On my way home my glove compartment door fell open, I reached over and closed it and I noticed grease all over the door. When I got home I checked in side and found that someone had gone through the contents. Why ??? Is that where the oil goes now ? The next day I went to buy a new battery at Auto zone. While the young was installing the battery....... I noticed that my window wash container was empty. So I thought maybe I should look at my coolent container......you guessed it, it was low. So what the hell did this Shell Rapid lube do to get paid $125.73 . Never. Never . Never again. They thought.....seeing a woman alone they would make a little extra money off of her. Big rip off !!!! I

NEVER USE THIS LOCATION FOR OIL CHANGE! First of all, they told me the wait time was 20 minutes but ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes. Second, the sign for an oil change outside says $40 but it turns out that my specific car only takes synthetic oil and that's an additional $40. They did not discuss this with me prior to changing it with the more expensive oil. They didn't even figure out how to turn off my cars service light, which you can find instructions on YouTube. It was the worst service you could receive and even get ripped off.

Their prices went up a lot. $40 for the simple oil change, use to be $24. Will not use them again. The person at the desk was a young girl who knew very little about the service. Use to have a couple of guys that knew the auto repair business and we helpful. Too bad.

I showed up to get an oil change because it was close to home. The oil change was faster than expected! They checked my fluids, air, all my windows were cleaned, they even found a rock chip on my windshield and fixed it for free through my insurance. Everyone working here was nice and I was pleased
