Cenex- Lancaster (New Horizons) is a spotless store with spotless pumps and grounds. The staff is friendly. It offers great food and coffee, with specific praise for yummy and crunchy chicken tenders and delicious hot chocolate. However, a significant issue was reported with a chocolate oreo and M&M parfait that was moldy, smelled like sour milk, and was rotten. This item was removed from the shelf after staff confirmed the problem, and a refund was provided. The business is noted as a good stop with approximately 20 truck trailer parking spaces. Truck parking is available 24 hours, though the operation hours for the store are not 24 hours. It is considered a cool option compared to nearby stops for spending the night.
Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Pizza and a Sausage and mushroom. I would have posted photos but they were gone in minutes. Incredible pizza and such nice staff!
