My friend bought a car a few days ago and the very next day it didn’t start and the sales person or dealer have not responded to him all weekend. Leaving him without transportation to work with a newly purchased car that doesn’t run. It’s obvious that the issue was something the dealer new about before sale.

Was so welcomed the moment I walked in! Colten and Mike were super helpful and able to fix my headlight in a jiffy! I have always had an amazing experience here with getting my car detailed and oil changes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was an terrible experienceDon't recommend....Had to go in 5 different times to sign papersNever got to test drive the vehicle.Backup camera Never worked and asked to be fixed they said I would have to pay 250$ to fix it.Everytime I put gas in my engine light is on because the gas lid won't open by button.Gas Cap won't click to close causing the engine light to come on ever time.Will never GO BACK AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND

I had purchased a vehicle, privately, that had belonged to a smoker. The vehicle had been smoked in for at least four years. One visit to Lancaster Motors with their smoke removal process, and the vehicle is smoke smell free! They were informative, polite, professional and so very reasonably priced. I could not have asked for better, or more prompt service. If you need this for your vehicle I highly recommend giving them a call.

We recently purchased a vehicle and had such an awesome experience. After the test drive we decided to purchase the vehicle but had to come back to pick it up and sign the final paperwork. We forgot a key item to purchase but they were accommodating and made it work. We are so grateful for the positive experience and our new car!
