My phone went into the Bixby mode by mistake. I was not able to place calls or use the phone. U.S. Cellular tech support was not able to assist me and suggested i call Samsung tech support. I couldn't get thru to them. Ryan, at the U.S. Cellular store in Lancaster, Wi, quickly was able to take it off this mode and put back into normal operation. He saved me from having to use another phone. He saved the day for me. Great job to him.
