Post Offices near Land O' Lakes, WI

“On 1/21/2020 The postal carrier put a tube addressed to my son in the wrong mailbox at The Village of Terra Bella. The resident getting the incorrect package threw it in the trash. Another resident was curioius about the tube shaped object so he opened it up to find my son's diploma from the University of Florida for Chemical Engineering. The man brought it to the office and they called me. My son has been waiting for it everyday as he leaves soon for his Army Officer Training. The office manager told me that she has now issued 4 formal reports on the mail box carrier. What has to happen to get the carrier better training to ensure the correct mail goes to the correct person. Do you know the turmoil, that could have occurred if the curious person did not retrieve the tube from the trash? I try never to blame a person for mistakes. Instead I blame the systems used or the lack of training or maybe the interview process that didnt pick up the skill that "We do things right the first time."”
