I've been a customer for several years now. Customer service is very good. They process my payment right off my card every month. They have units of different sizes, some with a loft space that actually give you a lot of extra space for your money. Buildings are well maintained. Although it's not a gated/fenced property, there are lots of cameras and the local police do patrols. Snow removal is prompt in the winter. Prices are fair and competitive.
