I was passing through the area heading back home hours away when my engine light came on so decided to stop and get it scanned. Tim the store manager was courteous, professional and very much helpful. He went out of his way to help me about my engine light being on in my truck. He even came back out and pointed out where the part was located. I was thoroughly impressed with this great customer service.

Probably the 3rd or 4th time I’ve bought parts from this place and they’ve been Detroit axle parts and NOT duralast. Thank god I check my part numbers and put my old and new parts next to each other. Check your part numbers people so you don’t get ripped off.

I love this store! The guy came outside in the rain and changed my directional light for me!! Another Auto place who is a competitor would not come out and help me change the light, they said that they are not legally able to do that anymore!!! I love this place and I will keep coming back. Thank you guys 😁

I needed a second testing of my cars battery, starter and alternator. I was greeted by a fun and friendly staff and they did not hesitate to come outside to test my car during one of the hottest days of the year. He was clear about what he needed me to do to help out as well.
I then left know that I needed a new battery and that I could not have my car tested for the other two items since my battery was not charged enough to do so.
I came back a few hours later and was greeted by the friendly staff again. I said that I would like to purchase a battery in the middle of the range that we had talked about a few hours ago that day. He explained some of the perks of a few batteries and what he would suggest is the best for our car and car usage.
I then asked if he would be able to install the battery for me by chance and he said yes! He came out in the super hot weather and installed my car battery for my daughter and I. I was so grateful for all of his help and patience with us.
He then was able to test to see if my starter or alternator was bad. Unfortunately for me the alternator is bad, however he went in and brought out a receipt with what my options are with prices and that I could order one and have it sent to his location.
That is exactly what I will be doing after I complete this review.
I believe his name is Craig. He went above, above and beyond yesterday. Thank you!!!

Woke up to a dead vehicle battery, was able to jump and get over to AutoZone to have them “replace for free” as advertised all over but was rejected because the guy working with his IDGAF attitude said “it’s just me today and he may get other customers and it could take him to long”….. yes I was going to purchase the new battery there as well. Strapped for time as I was heading out of town for work I stopped Next door.O’Reilly’s Auto Parts will now have my continued business and recommendations as they were happy to help me out and cheerful to talk with. Also, not a single customer pulled into AutoZone while I was being helped basically in the same parking lot.Way to help out your customers AutoZone, I now see why the parking is typically empty. If this is the policy for when an employee with working alone you should probably stop advertising free battery replacements.11/6/2023

This AutoZone in particular will never see a single penny of my money again. My grandma had needed tire pressure sensors. The mechanic had not given her a particular brand to buy, so she came here and bought some that she thought would do the job. After the mechanic had installed them we found that the sensors weren’t compatible with their scanners used to program them. After calling everywhere in the fox valley area in hopes to find anyone who can program these sensors, I had been told that almost no one will have the scanner needed because the sensors are basically outdated technology. Once I realized all of my attempts of finding someplace to help were useless I called this AutoZone. I had asked if I would be able to get a refund. The staff member I spoke to said his manager said they can’t give me a refund. That was not an option I’m afraid. My poor grandma had been trying all day to get this seemingly small issue resolved and spent a good amount of money, so I wasn’t going to take no for an answer. I had told the staff member I needed to speak to the manager. Allegedly he was on break… yeah right. Another family member had called to get a refund as well and also got a hard no for an answer. Luckily for us he had found someone that could actually program the sensors. At the end of the day you had sold my elderly grandmother on a fixed income a part you most likely knew she wouldn’t be able to get programmed with no warning to her. Then proceeded to deny us a refund which I believe goes against your 30 day warranty policy. The part was installed but should be deemed faulty if it’s unusable. Your store manager didn’t have the decency to speak to me on the phone. If the store manager is reading this you are very lucky that we managed to make this work because you are an indecent person. Next time you sell someone something that they can’t even use just give them a damn refund for it at the very least.

I was having a hard time finding the correct tool to change my light in my headlight if my jeep. I normally go to o’Reilly’s but for whatever reason the kid they had working was very unhelpful. I went next door to auto zone. Not only did they correct the wrong light I was sold they even put my new light bulb in for me. I appreciate the two gentlemen that helped me with my light so much… thank you for going above and beyond for me it honestly made my day and you gained a new customer ?
