Tried them twice. Once to cash a tax return and once to open an account. All they do is find ways to NOT help you.

If you're living paycheck to paycheck this bank will ruin your life. Apple took 10 auto payments for one single payment and I was missing penny's for the amount owed this ended up being 300 in nsf fees and they refused to reverse any of them they will ruin your life. Considering this most likely cost them under 10 dollars in reversal fees. It's just outrageous how unethical this bank is. Go anywhere else boycot this place at all costs. I can understand one fee bur allowing 10 to go should be criminal. Any other bank (and I called two) will reverse a fee like that they actually laughed when I said they wouldn't. I will be switching unless they change their policy.

What is customer service? Cause these people have no clue. I asked to get a notary and was rudely turned down because I needed and account. I called the bank a day or 2 later and asked if I can pay a fee instead. Again was rudely turned down then I brought up the lack of customer service to the associate and informed her of the horrible online rating she then told me “Whatever sir I don't care†and hung up the phone. I will never open an account here
