“Amazing guy and company. Went to a different auto shop before stopping here and they wanted to charge me 1.8K for a paint repair. Came here and the guy came off his lunch to buffer out the scratches I had. No longer have the nasty scratches and saved me 1.8k. On top of that told me about other problems I had when it came to auto body repair and what I can do to resolve the issue. Professional and great people highly recommend.”

“Been looking at a vehicle in their lot and decided to go check it out. Right as I walked in, I was greeted right away, and everything was straight to the point. Told them what vehicle I was there to look at and gave them some of my information, and within 5 minutes, I was test-driving the car. Drove the car back, and we proceeded to the next step, which is working with their finance person (Adam).
Now, a bit about my past car-buying experience, is that everything always goes smoothly until it's time to meet with the finance person. They will ALWAYS try to sell you extra add-ons, and if you decline, they will start to get very passive-aggressive. I have had to deal with someone who just completely stops explaining what any of the numbers mean on the contract and tells me to look at the contract by myself, cause everything is right there.
Adam, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. Adam goes above and beyond by going over the numbers on his computer monitor and even showing you his monitor, and then goes over the numbers with you again once the contract is printed out. Adam also doesn't try to sell you anything extra (GAP, extended warranty, paint coating). I wish all my prior finance experience were as good as working with Adam.
I have two other older vehicles that will eventually need to be replaced, and I will be coming back to Tri City Auto for my vehicle needs.”

I had problems with it from day I drove it home called John talk to him said he get it in ... had a rough idle and was bucking at 45-55 miles per hour ... they called said it was done rough idle is gone still has the bucking.. John so far has took care of me we will see if they continue to do so till this issue is resolved so far happy with the service i will keep you to date on if they keep on with the good customer service....10/23/17 update ... “My girlfriend purchased a car from here. I had called ahead to get some preliminary information on the cars available and information about how they are cared for and maintained when sitting on the lot. Frank had answered and was very efficient and friendly.
Upon arriving at the lot Frank was prepared with several cars that fit the parameters of our budget, safety preferences, mileage, and expected reliability. He showed us about half a dozen that fit what we were looking for and we selected three to test drive. One ran a little oddly, there was a grinding noise. But the other two ran perfectly and I could find no problems when looking them over.
My girlfriend selected the one she felt drove the best and felt safest in.
Frank and Tim were extremely friendly and efficient in getting the paperwork drawn up. They even did extra work to ensure my girlfriend got a better rate even though her credit is young.
Overall I would definitely go back for another vehicle in the future and I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency. I hate sales, and I was in sales myself for several years, take that as you will. 10/10 would shop again.”
