Came here and the guy came off his lunch to buffer out the scratches I had. No longer have the nasty scratches and saved me 1.8k. On top of that told me about other problems I had when it came to auto body repair and what I can do to resolve the issue. Professional and great people highly recommend.”

“We had an interesting and eventually great experience buying a minivan from Tri City Auto. We live about 1.5hrs away and finally found the van we were looking for listed here. I didn't want to go that far in case we had any issues, but after several weeks not finding what we wanted we decided we needed to pull the trigger and try since we weren't finding anything good local. I didn't like that it had 203k miles, but if you didn't know the odometer you would think it has 120k. The only issue we found with our test drive when we came to look at it was the air in the back wasn't blowing even though it sounded like it was on, the AC up front wasn't cold, and somehow the driver master window switch wasn't working. The window would stutter going up and down and it wouldn't control the other windows. We came a few days after the tornado and their mechanic wasn't there to inspect at the time, but they were willing to give us a discount for the trouble to figure it out ourselves. We liked it enough to take it from there and work on finding the solution.
It was a frustrating week troubleshooting some on my own and eventually having a shop look at it. They found all kinds of things that could be wrong but nothing conclusive and recommended taking it back to the dealership to problem solve. I should've known from the beginning just to let Joe and his team fix it and not bother taking it somewhere else. My wife eventually made a day trip back with the van and what do you know, a fuse was blown! We were all speechless that could cause so many random issues and that the other shop didn't find the problem. We've driven 10 hours since replacing the fuse without an issue now and are so happy with our new (used) Toyota minivan. Joe, Josh, and Adam were very understanding throughout the whole process and wanted to make sure we found a resolution to the issue. These guys want to do what's right by their customers so I would recommend giving them a chance and talking with them if you have any issues after the sale.”

I had problems with it from day I drove it home called John talk to him said he get it in ... had a rough idle and was bucking at 45-55 miles per hour ... they called said it was done rough idle is gone still has the bucking.. John so far has took care of me we will see if they continue to do so till this issue is resolved so far happy with the service i will keep you to date on if they keep on with the good customer service....10/23/17 update ...
