The pharmacy at the little chute Walgreens is a joke. They have constantly been late sending out orders for us. My daughter has recurring prescriptions with a secondary insurance, and they forgot to send it to secondary even though we have been doing this for years now. Do yourself a favor and send your prescription to Smith for professional and on time orders.

Sarah at the pharmacy is absolutely wonderful, and she and a lot of other staff spent a ton of time this week helping us sort out an issue with our insurance. We really appreciate the above and beyond help they gave us.

We needed a prescription for eye drops last night close to closing. Pharmacist Lisa was wonderful. She gave thorough instructions on Administratoring eye drops. (I overheard her say she was on hour 13 of her shift and was still upbeat and friendly) she was also able to help the guy in front of me with getting his prescription price down since his insurance was out of network. I was very pleased with my experience here

Pharmacy was great! Two open windows, multiple employees willing to help and were very friendly. Pharmacist gave great tips for administering eye drops in kids eyes. Wish we lived closer for this to be our home pharmacy.

Chelsea in photo dept was extremely rude. Ordered picture books online on Dec 10th and they said they'd be ready on the 20th. Went to the store to get them and she says they won't be ready until the 25th. Asked why I was told the 20th. And she says well I don't know what to tell you with an attitude. Cancelled my order. Call the 800 number after talked to someone who offered free overnight shipping only to get an email saying they'll arrive by the 27th. This Walgreens needs to train their staff better on customer service. Rolling your eyes at customers is not acceptable behavior!!!

I went in at 9:40 one night (20 minutes before close) and there weren't any people at the register, so I pressed the button that says "if nobody is at the register please press button for assistance". An employee comes over 7 minutes later and lectures me on how impolite it was to press the button while they are understaffed, then mumbled the total before dropping my change on the counter and walking away. I'm not sure what the issue was, as I only pressed the button once and was quite patient.

Sundays, February 12 2023 @9:00 A.M. , called Sara/Sarah (pharmacy) about my prescription, she was amazing! The pharmacist was too. It really did help to remember names, causes sometime it rings back to someone expected. Trust me that as long as you know you prescription, technician name, just let them know what you need. they will treat you with nothing but respect. FAR BETTER THAN CENTRALIZED SERVICES. @ Sara/Sarah I heard the urgency in your voice and the panic when the call rang back to your pharmacist. I really do appreciate how urgently you addressed my issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Staff has always been very helpful here and the store is clean. They occasionally have some really good buys, just have to watch the ads.

I except the cashiers to not care about their job, but the pharmacy staff is extremely rude and clearly don't care about their jobs or the people they are suppose to be helping. From the lower levels of pharmacy cashier to the pharmacist himself. Blatant disregard for costumers well being and time. Will not return to a store that treats their so costumers badly
