Best kept secret in Columbia county!! They are in my own backyard and I didn't even know it. Shame on me. These guys know their stuff. Like any "good" diagnosis ( in my case DEF filters ) they cautioned me on what it might cost but not only did they find a more reasonable supplier of what I needed but even when I paid the bill it was less then the quote. Personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and timely. I really don't know what more you could ask for in our industry. I hope to have a positive continued relationship with this company. Bottom line up front: Hands down this is the best repair shop I have ever dealt with. The owner and employees are knowledgeable and professional. Their work is impeccable and the value unbeatable. I would highly recommend them!The story: We stumbled upon HM Repairs when our steering linkage started failing just outside Lodi as we were moving across the country with our two horses, dog and 27 week pregnant wife. It was late in the day and no other shop in the area would look at our truck or even start repairs for the next week. They brought us in minutes before closing to diagnose it and start ordering parts. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family and they even made sure we could find a place to stay for us and our animals. They were able to get us back on the road quickly and at a very reasonable price. I can't express how grateful I am to Jessica and her team of mechanics. They took care of me after my truck dropped half of the drive shaft on the interstate. In two days they ordered parts and had me up and running. They were even nice enough to lend me a courtesy car so I could get around and to the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anybody. My husband and I, our dog, and 4 small birdies ?, broke down on the highway on a cross country road trip. HM took great care of us. The parts where available, same day , so they had everything fixed and we were all back on the road in a few hours!! They have a beautiful garage with at least 10 bays in it. 7 mechanics on hand. It was perfect for getting the quick repair we needed. Jessica was very sweet and upfront about everything. She also made us feel comfortable in the waiting area. We watched some Netflix, are snacks from vending and they have a coffee station. It was nice to have those things after a stressful ride.Thr truck was fixed under the estimated time. I started going to these guys after my local heavy truck dealer destroyed parts in a truck and refused to fix what they broke. These guys have been great. They communicate very well and get your trucks repaired and serviced properly. Well worth every penny. My trucks keep my company running and I trust Jaime and his crew with my trucks.
