Called to establish care. Quartz states that they are accepting new pts. Lodi clinic tells me insurance change does not qualify to establish care. They also asked if I live in lodi, which shouldn’t make a difference at all. I have been working in healthcare for 27 years, so have never heard of this and from the reviews it happened to another. I will take my insurance elsewhere. Very shameful!!!

Just had the oddest call. We're trying to find a pediatrician closer to our house since we just moved out of Madison. Dr. Chao is listed as a provider accepting new patients by our insurance, but the front desk told me that since my kids have been seen by a pediatrician in the last THREE YEARS, they can't accept us as patients. I tried to get clarification, but she just kept saying we have established care elsewhere, so they can't accept us. We now live far away from our "established care", and we can't get appointments with the scheduling in our old clinic because they are so overbooked. How are we supposed to get a new ped? Go without medical care for 3 years so this clinic will take us in? That seems so strange.

Went in for a simple doctor's note, and I walk in, give them my whole thing about "I called in sick for work today and my boss told me I need to bring a doctor's note" and one of the doctors even came out and told me that since I'm sick they don't want me in the waiting room. So they told me to go out to my car, and call from outside. When I did, they told me that I haven't been to the clinic in a while, and they won't give me a doctor's note because I have to reestablish myself as a patient there.

I go to physical therapy and Occupational therapy. Sometimes have to have my blood drawn. Christine is the best for getting blood drawn. She is very gentle. Dwayne and Sara are absolutely wonder with my therapy. They listen but push when needed. The front desk staff is wonderful! Scheduling is easy and they are always happy and cheerful!

I've been going here since I was a baby and I've never had such terrible service i cant ever get ahold of my doctor and the people at the front desk are very rude, wanted to change my doctor and went to explain why I wanted to switch and I got sent to the managers voice-mail....if you can't do your job and help out customers I suggest that position isn't right for you and now I will be going elsewhere. Very sad.

Great back-room nursing and support staff. The nurses will go out of their way for you, and the lab staff is good with needles.

Called and left with Front desk about medical problem and was told my physician will call me and nothing! Closed till Monday! Inexcusable!
