Tortilleria Zepeda is known for its authentic and incomparable tortillas, described as the best ever by many. The tortillas are healthy, delicious, and made from organic heirloom corn varieties grown locally in Wisconsin. They are completely nixtamalized, which enhances vitamin and mineral availability. The tortillas have an excellent corn flavor, a good thickness, and a good chew. They cook well and keep their integrity, never falling apart even when covered with wet salsa. The simple ingredients are organic corn, lime, and water. The owners are extremely friendly, fun, relaxed, knowledgeable, personable, and very welcoming. Visitors can tour the factory, which is beautiful and intriguing to see, and sometimes feel samples of the corn processing stages. The business offers experiences like the Food & Farm tour and private mezcal tastings, which are informative and excellent. They also provide fresh masa and homemade empanadas. Tortilleria Zepeda supports small local farmers. Their tortillas can be found at Willy Street Coop and locations across the state and are highly recommended.

It's so cool. It's so authentic. It's beautiful to visit. The folks here are very welcoming. And know about authentic tortillas. And the tortillas are like no other!!! They taste like corn. They make me feel like I'm eating home made. They are incomparable
