Backyard Acres is the name of our past and future farm. We are currently focusing on our Bite The Farm Take N Bake Cafe` and Food Truck as our vehicle to one day purchase a farm property where Backyard Acres can be deeply rooted into, both in the land but also the community. Follow us at Bite The Farm as we are on a two fold journey to bring locally sourced GLUTEN FREE farm fresh foods to our WI communities as well as to find a future farm home for Backyard Acres. Along the way we want to Showcase WI Farmers, Growers & Producers with every bite! We look forward to serving you from the Take N Bake Cafe, Food Truck and future farm!

Had a curd at the door county fair this past weekend and it was amazing!!! I can’t have gluten so finding food at the fair wasn’t easy until I found this amazing food truck! Thank you again!
