I work nights on door dash and uber. 3/4 times I have went there between the hours of midnight and 4am and the door is always locked? No one in sight. I call the store and no one answers. But the lights are on, I can sometimes see the order I am supposed to pick up sitting on the counter. Yet after 10 minutes and no one coming out, I HAVE to report that I cannot get to the order and then I get in trouble for “fraudulently” reporting I cannot get in the store even though I CANNOT! Why do they lock the door and not answer if they KNOW someone is coming to get the order?

The app showed my order was ready for pickup. I arrived 10 min later and found out they just started to make my order. Wasted 30 min waiting for the food outside. Worst customer service ever!

Lives up to the expectations for a 7-11. It's a bit rundown, but its a good place to go for a late night snack. It's worth the two block walk down the street.
